Nice home in a great location. Owners provided great details before arrival. We watched whales from the balcony. There are many dining and shopping options close by.

Close to good restaurants and the beach. The beds are comfortable. They are quick to respond to any issues and very friendly.

What a cute cozy place to stay! Great location for walkable dining options and a great small beach across the street. Had everything we needed and then some. We love it here so much. A great vacation in a great comfortable condo.

My wife and I stayed for two nights. This condo is located right across from the ocean. The view is beautiful, lots of local restaurants nearby, and only 20 minutes to the airport. We would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Excellent communication with owners. Condo had everything needed. Good washer dyer with soap provided. Great location, view of surfers out front is fun. Beaches within walking distance, food trucks were close and very good. Bed and sheets comfy. Bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and soap which was nice. Negatives are the road noise/car stereos blaring in front of the condo, especially the wknd. You can close the slider to block out the noise but then you dont get the trade wind and need to run the AC. TV is very old, not smart. Bad storm for 2 days while we were there would have been nice to have access to a smart TV since we were stuck inside. Overall a good stay for a week.

This is an amazing location. Stayed here with my wife and two boys (6 and 8). You can’t find a better spot to stay in Kihei. Grocery store is two blocks away. Food trucks are one block away. Restaurants all around. Beach is right across the street. Wonderful view of the ocean and sunsets. Only things to be aware of with this apartment: the loft has a pretty steep ladder that may be difficult for some folks, and at times there is road noise. The road noise completely goes away if you close the sliding door. We actually enjoyed watching the ocean, whales, and people from the balcony. Great spot all around.

This location is incredible! Right across from an awesome surfing beach, and a short walk to the best beaches in Kihei. It is also a 2 minute walk to the best food in Kihei. Location. Location. Location!

Welcoming host, excellent location. Close to food trucks, beaches, surf lessons, and good central location overall.

The location was amazing! Condo was good for a home base. Kitchen was lacking in things you’d need to cook a meal and a broom on site would be nice to have. There wasn’t a futon or pullout couch. And there was no grill on site. The drive lane in and out of the building was very tricky. If we would have had a bigger car I don’t know if we would have gotten it out without hitting the wall! The master bed was very comfy! AC worked great! Kids enjoyed the pool. Bill and Janet were great to work with. And they called to check on us during the tsunami!

Great low key (not commercialized) town. Great ocean front unit.

Location can't be beat, and we love the cozy and homey feel of Bill and Janet's unit. It has everything you need for a relaxing Maui holiday. We look forward to renting again in the future!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. The view on the balcony is beautiful. It was fun to see the paddle boarders in the morning and later the surf lessons. Great location. You can walk everywhere.

We loved watching the surfers and canoe riders every morning from the lanai. Every day we drove 10 mins or less to visit a different beach, location was good for that or walking 3 mins to South Maui Gardens for food and entertainment
