Easy check in, fully stocked office with beach supplies. They beds were nice and so was the furniture.

Great location, easy access to beach, walkable to several shops and restaurants. Onsite coin operated laundry. Only 2 elevators that guests and maintenance share, sometimes a long wait to get to your floor or full elevators

This was out second time staying here. Really enjoyed our stay, but had a hard time getting an elevator at the end of our stay. Waited over 45 minutes to get an elevator.

I was thrilled with the ease of the check-in and check-out method. Everything was a breeze. The room was clean and no disturbances at all. The property location is stupendous and just what I was looking for in a solo trip. Thanks for being a part of my dream to see the Gulf again. The time was precious.

I enjoyed a lovely visit at Phoenix All Suites Hotel in Gulf Shores Beach, Alabama during November. I had an issue with the constant noise at all hours of the night with the upstairs neighbors and expressed my frustration of no sleep to the onsite manager, Kaylynn. She was empathetic and worked with Reservations to assign/relocate me to another condo ... away from the upstairs neighbors with whom she had already spoken to regarding the noise complaints. However, they were not compliant with her requests, so she acted accordingly to ensure my concerns were addressed. I appreciate the excellent customer service she provided through my stay.

Nice property, professionally managed. We live 3 hours North of the Emerald Coast and get down to the beach as much as we can. This was perfect for the one night we could get away! The unit was clean and the host was communocative.

Room had everything we needed. Perfect for a few nights at the beach with my husband and teenage son.

The condo was clean and updated, only issue was no coffee filter holder in the coffee pot. I informed the staff, who were very courteous and helpful. View from the balcony was Awesome. We would definitely stay here again.
