Front Row Seats to the Gulf of Mexico

A very clean condo right on the beach with a great view from the balcony, a vey quiet neighborhood, but a quick car ride to all the restaurants.

Upon arrival, everything was very clean. Good location close to beach access.

Take a left from stairs, over short walkway and you’re on the beach! Sat on balcony to listen to waves. Watch dolphins pass from on balcony or in living room. Didn’t want to leave and fight traffic on the weekend. Unfortunately, it is on second floor, so have to carry luggage up 25 stairs. POP no

Great location, great condo, water pressure was Perfecto to get the sand off. Great communication with management for some items. Uber to restaurants is about 25 each way.

We had the absolute best time and stay in our villa. This was our first time in this area of Pensacola and we couldn’t have been happier. The location was perfect in that it was only a few minutes to the main strip where all the food and shopping was, but still far enough away from all of that busyness too. The pictures don’t do this place justice. It is even more beautiful in person! The pool wasn’t too far from our villa either, so it made for an easy nightly walk across the complex and straight to the pool. This unit is literally right on the beach and very easy access to and from. We will definitely be coming back here every year!

Clean and thoughtfully furnished with everything we needed for our stay, including comfortable beds and lots of beach toys for the kids.

Beach outside the balcony-best view!! 100% would book with again. Host were responsive and easy to work with. Will 100% book with again. Place was perfect for my little group that hadn’t been in years or at all.

2nd year staying here and will absolutely book again for next year. Location is great, unit is updated and clean and the Villas on the Gulf is a quiet and friendly complex,

Amazing vacation

This is the perfect condo for a family of 4! Check in was easy and convenient, condo was super clean, and location is perfection. It doesn’t get any better than this. We’ve been coming to Pensacola since 2010 as a family and this is our favorite place so far. If your family makes a lot of laundry like mine does you might bring an extra laundry pod or two. Overall I have absolutely zero complaints!!

Great property for our family, first floor close to beach access! Clean and comfortable. You can not beat the view from the balcony.

The stay was absolutely perfect. Stunning view right ON THE BEACH. Great showers, kitchen well stocked, very comfortable beds outside of the larger one in the guest room needs to be replaced along with a few of the beach accessories but these were minor complaints! The place was amazing - we’d stay again. Wish the pool was heated but the beach made up for it! Responsive owner!

We have stayed in this condo 3 times and have our 4th visit booked! Dean is great with communication, always clean, the view is amazing and is in a great location!

Beautiful spot. All the amenities. Property is well managed and the owners are friendly and responsive. Perfect location for any time of the year.

Everything was great! Very clean and organized! Loved that the beach was only foot steps away from condo and that it was away from all the action. I will say the internet was a little spotty for watching Netflix at night.

Directions to find were right on. Super easy to enter the unit. Very clean and comfortable! What was not mentioned for amenities that should be, were 2 beach chairs and an umbrella, along with beach toys, in the unit. It had everything you need; dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent and dryer sheets would recommend staying here.

This was an early summer get away & the condo was absolutely perfect! It was only up one flight & is located close to the walkway to the beach. The views out the deck are exactly as pictured. In our bedroom with the window closed you could still slightly hear the water. There was a slight problem with the electricity but Seneca handled it right away. We will definitely be getting here as soon as we can!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful well-kept apartment. We did have one little glitch that was taken care of right away. This was due to a problem with the Vrbo app. The condo wasn't ready when we got there, but the property manager responded immediately and came in and fixed everything within a half hour and after that point everything was perfect. You can't beat the view every morning looking at at the gorgeous Blue and green waters and the beautiful white sand. The apartment was large and both bathrooms were clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. And it was really easy to get to all parts of the island. Flounders was a great Recommendation for sushi dinner!
