South Seas Northwest Manager (Towers 3 & 4) charges $100 registration fee which includes one parking pass. Additional parking passes are required for overnight guests who have an automobile. You must register upon arrival or their next business day. If you arrive after their office hours their guard at the entrance gate will issue you a temporary pass. Normal Office Hours- Monday - Saturday, 8am - 4pm Seasonal Office Hours - Monday - Sunday, 8am - 4pm (7 days/week)

Please note :The South Seas Towers 3 and 4 have structural building work being done until October 2025. We do not know the extent of any noise.

Just a short walk from the condo is Tigertail Beach. Amenities included a picnic area, playground, and concession stand offering beach equipment rentals, food, and drinks. Go fishing, rent a kayak, or paddleboard to explore the tidal lagoon that separates Tigertail Beach from Sand Dollar Spit's narrow and unspoiled Gulf front beach.

NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred.

    We loved our stay in general, primarily due to the location, views, and comfortable furniture. The building was quiet and everyone we met was friendly. We didn't mind the walk out to the beach since we are used to that at home, and loved being right near the nature area. The unit itself could have been cleaner: the glass surfaces in the main living area had dust and stains [including tomato sauce]; the coffee maker hadn't been cleaned properly; crumbs on the kitchen counters/floor. Some of the blinds were broken/out of alignment upon arrival. The carpeting and bath mats were worn/stained. The beach cart and umbrella were broken but the beach chairs were fine. Rental agent offered to send cleaners back on Monday morning but by then I had cleaned what I could [we arrived late Saturday, and there was Windex/vacuum, etc]. We found a shade canopy in one of the closets which helped when it wasn't too windy.

    This condo has an amazing view and a wrap around balcony that gives you the most amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico. Spectacular views whether it/s in the morning or afternoon and the best are at sunset. The only small negative was the Mr. Coffee pot from 1990. Might want to upgrade there, but it still worked fine and my coffee was good every morning. The owners have everything you need and the beds, sofas and chairs in the living area were comfortable. We had a great week.

    This 8th floor corner unit with an interior entrance has amazing views of the Gulf from every window including both bedrooms and the kitchen! It has an excellent balcony! The unit itself has many amenities; enough dishes to feed a family of four for 2 or 3 meals with out running the dishwasher, plenty of pots and pans, salt and pepper, coffee filters, a cart to get stuff to the beach, beach chairs, DVDs, lots of towels and extra sheets. Generally the unit was clean. But the bathroom vents were grimy, bottom of the fridge had food in it, silverware holder in the kitchen had crumbs in it, hair on the floor when we first arrived. Like most rental units you only get one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 trash bags, and one roll of paper towels. Plan to bring extras. The building was great! Common areas including the pay laundry were very clean and the outdoor pool was nice. Everywhere is gated for privacy and requires a key to go to the beach and get in and out of the building.

    We had a nice vacation and the location of this condo within the building and to the beach was good. Rental company did a nice job and was prepared but cleaning was not.

    The property looked very little like the pictures. The carpet has many stains, and there were cob webs all in the corners of the blinds. I don't know if it is the cleaning company or just negligence of the owner. The ceiling is peeling, and looks like it hasn't had any updates since 1975 when the buildings were opened. There were ants in the kitchen when any small amount of crumbs were left behind. We have been coming to South Seas towers for 30 years and there are far better units in tower 3 and 4.
