We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was sparkling clean, the host was incredibly responsive, and the location was perfect walking distance to family friendly restaurants and park. Highly recommend this spot!

Absolutely Filthy – We Left the Next MorningWe were extremely disappointed with our recent stay at this VRBO rental in Hilton Head. While the property itself has clearly been beautifully renovated, the cleanliness was appalling and completely unacceptable. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed a strong mildew smell throughout the house. There was visible sand on the floors, stains on the couch, and the bathroom was disgusting — hairs in the shower and drawers, making it feel like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. The worst part: we found blood on one of the comforters, which was absolutely horrifying.The condition of the home was so bad that we checked out the very next morning and had to scramble to find another place to stay on the island — at our own expense. While the owner did send a cleaning crew out quickly after we complained, many of these issues could not be solved with a basic cleaning. Unfortunately, the owner was completely unhelpful beyond that point — refusing to refund our money for the filthy rental and refusing to cover any portion of the new lodging we were forced to find. He was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility for the unacceptable condition of the home.We’ve stayed in many rentals over the years and have never experienced anything like this. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere — a nice renovation doesn’t mean much if the place is filthy!

Beautiful place and great location!

The place was as described and we enjoyed our stay very much. Everything you need is just a few steps away. There were a few housekeeping issues that I brought to the owners attention. Also, the check in process and the use of Sea Crest facilities were difficult to navigate until we received additional information. We had a fantastic time!

Perfect location. Close to shopping (including grocery) dining, the beach and airport.

We loved our stay in Hilton Head! The location of this villa could not be more perfect, especially with a young family. Very short walk to the beach, all the shops and dining. We had everything we needed in the unit. Washer and dryer came in so handy on our week long stay. The unit was super clean and owner, Jim was incredibly helpful and responsive. We would 100% stay again!

Failed to be informed that the area directly to the left of us was under construction (would include photo's if allowed) and tried to take a bath and was unable to due to lack of hot water.

Great property for a girls trip. Easy walk to the beach. Difficulty finding pool access at sea crest and limited hours was a bummer.

My group had the best time!
