Freshly Remodeled Island Suite w/ Pool & Pet Friendly

Everyone and everything was great. We always enjoy our stay at Sunrise Gardens.

The accommodations were average. Upon arrival, there was no posted parking spot for #6, so we parked in another spot and spent the night concerned about our car potentially being towed. If assigned parking is provided, each spot should be clearly labeled. The 10-digit door code was inconvenient. The suite was not thoroughly cleaned; there was a dried yellow substance on the baseboard by the bed and food under the bed. The bathroom, top of the refrigerator, and over-stove vent hood would benefit from a deep cleaning. The decorative pillows on the bed appeared dirty. Additionally, we observed two bags of dog waste inside our patio, which had been there long enough to begin leaking. However, the location and pool were excellent.

Sunrise is a very special place for myself and my partner however this past experience wasn’t the best. We had a few issues with the room that was not addressed by the local reps for several days after being reported.

Fun, quiet little spot close to beach access, trolley stops, cafes, restaurants and shops! Super clean pool area, great and cozy space with clean towels and appliances. Perfect for a couple who want to enjoy the entire island! We did several beach days at Bean Point beach, rented bikes from Beach Bums (2mins away), and ate at all my favorite spots. The central AC worked great, the condo has working fans and a large bathroom/shower space and a super comfy queen bed!

The property is in a beautiful, quiet location. The shared pool is a very nice bonus. There were three of us, and we barely fit. We enjoyed our stay. The place is clean and well-managed. Our code did not work when we arrived. With a quick phone call, we had access to a physical key. If you are looking for a small, peaceful location on Anna Maria, I definitely recommend this unit.

If your looking for a smaller place to stay to where you don’t need much space this spot is great for 2 people! Inside super cute and neat, close to beach, close to a lot of places to eat! Pool is also a added bonus on days you don’t want to go to the beach! I would def recommend staying here!

Nice warm pool, great they had some beach stuff to use, very quiet and nice stay.

As advertised and as described cute and quaint condo. Family friendly and great for small family. Loved the pool, access to free laundry, and walking distance to nice restaurant and ice cream shop! Would have been nice to have a frying pan for cooking, but otherwise kitchen amenities were nice. Was able to check-in early and easy check-out process, all communications were via text.

We loved the cottage very cute and super clean! Love the location! We love the North end of AMI!!
