Parking Information:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads.     Location was absolutely perfect. We walked almost everywhere we wanted to go. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed and we really enjoyed the hot tubs. Beds were really comfortable.

    The place was dark. Hardly any windows. Not a very good deck. I am an outside person so we stayed away much of day and evening.

    This unit was comfortable and the best stocked as far as kitchen needs are concerned that I've ever experienced in a rental. The proximity to stores and restaurants on foot was fantastic. The host was quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely stay again.

    We had a fabulous stay. The condo is walking distance to downtown so we didn't have to deal with traffic/parking. The management was very thorough and we had no issues. The condo does feel a bit dark - I would recommend putting brighter (but dimmable) lights in the living room. Ther furniture was different than the photos on the listing but still very comfortable.

    We loved the condo and location to Main Street. Awesome. Our frustration is the zero communication from the mgmt company when I wrote them several times regarding noise at night the very next day. There was a bizarre knocking sound - ranging from fast to slow. Only at night. It made sleeping a challenge night one and despite ear plugs we had challenges. I sent multiple videos with the audio. Still no word. While I realize there may not have been another place to relocate us it certainly seems there should have been some response acknowledging the issue and frustrations. Again the condo is awesome!!!!

    This was our first time to Breckenridge as a family and we had a great time. This place was the perfect location, was very clean, and was perfect for us and our three kids. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals, and the living space and bathroom were comfortable.
