If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

    Love the location, beds and everything are very nice. TVs in every room that worked just fine. Great kitchen stocked with coffee and machine. Be extra extra sure to note if you have small kids that there is a spiral staircase up to two of the bedrooms and that you're comfortable with them using that. There wasn't great communication around parking and we wound up with a threatening note on our car that it would be immediately towed/booted. My bad if I missed comms on this but make sure you have it worked out!!

    Great space for what we needed. My friend and I were climbing Quandary Peak, so it was just the right amount of space to cook and relax. It was close enough (walking distance) to where we needed to get on the shuttle to take us to the trailhead. We were also close enough to walk to the South Gondola and spend the afternoon up on the mountain. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We did have trouble connecting to the internet the first night, but then I contacted SkyRun and they helped me reset the router and it worked. The stairs were difficult to navigate with a big suitcase, but I was warned from the previous reviews of the stay. The box fans were a big help at night to keep cool.

    About a 8 minute walk from the Gondola. 4 o Clock drops you off maybe 3 minutes from it. Short walk to Main Street. Excellent location. The house is clean and comfy with plenty of space for our group of 7.

    One of the showers was out of order. Only found out once we arrived. A plug cord for the bedroom lamp burnt and arced when I reached for a sock. Other than that it was great. Kitchen well stocked

    Great place and location. If you have young children, the spiral staircase may not be safe. Great property in a super location- easy walk to downtown.
