West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

    Nice place but plagued by persistent maintenance issues. Low battery on smoke detector caused alarm sounding at 3am. A consistent battery replacement schedule would avoid this annoyance. Dishwasher did not drain leaving water leaking from inside. Maintenance unable to fix problem after multiple attempts/interruptions to our stay. Burnt out light and squeaking sliding door/screen door added to unpleasantries.Without these, it would have been a pleasant stay in a quiet, comfortable unit.

    Very clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen (dishes, toaster, coffee pot, coffee pod maker). Only drawback is the lack of a table. The bar is great for eating but without a table, it's difficult to play games or cards. Toilet paper is very poor quality.... but nice to have soap, shampoo, conditioner and tissues. We'd stay there again!

    The condos were nice but appliances were not working good. No instructions how to work the TV, fans & refrigerator ice & water called the maintenance to come & fix it never showed up.

    I brought my son to CO for his college grad gift and this was one of the places we stayed. The condo was perfect for the two of us, and a nice change after sharing hotel rooms the previous 3 nights. We enjoyed the balcony, the full kitchen and the location was great too, being a little outside of town and quiet.

    This is a very nice two-floor condo. We had some issues controlling the temperature - the heat is very strong - but slept comfortably and enjoyed its proximity to Breckenridge for our ski trip.

    The condo suited our purposes to a T. It took us awhile to get inside the condo; a bit confusing! Inside was very nice tho the cleaning service forgot 2 things. Kitchen is well stocked with cook and dishware. Refrigerator froze our canned drinks and some food; it was set on 5 and we turned it down to 3! The fireplace was a nice feature, but when it was on, it got too warm in condo. I hate to bring up the negatives, but thought you should know. Furniture was nice. Building was nice and halls quiet. View was excellent. Location was good. More good than bad!!

    Many nice features of this unit but cant imagine it for any more than 4 people due to small living room and balcony and only seating for 4 at kitchen counter. Well equipped kitchen with nice variety of spices but no room for non -perishable food. Easy access to Breckenridge.

    The property is spacious, well-equipped and comfortable and when we had a problem with one of the bathrooms this was very quickly fixed. Sadly, we booked this place as it was shown as having a hot tub (and all the information received on the day and in the apartment still referred to this) but it appears this has been out of action for a long time. This apartment is a long way from the town (10min drive, not walkable). It was very hot at this time of year (end August). It is located close to a busy road so is very noisy with vehicle traffic 24/7.

    We loved our time here. The property was very clean and updated. We had a group of 5 and we all fit comfortably. The beds were very comfortable. It is just outside of town but very close and only takes a few minutes to get there. I would definitely stay again.
