Stayed Oct 11, 2025The condo is on the 19th floor, balcony has a lovely view. The walk-in shower is great. Plenty of linens. The condo was clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The one thing that the host might check into is the condition of the skillets they were damaged inside them from burnt food, we made several attempts to clean them with dish soap, but we didn't use them because of their condition. The pool and beach area are very nice.

Stayed May 12, 2025We absolutely love this condo. Our 3rd time staying here. Everything u need for a perfect vacation. Beautiful view, great location close to Front Beach Road. We enjoyed The Craft Bar this trip also, great burgers if u get tried of seafood.

Plenty of towels, washcloths, and sheets for everybody! I hate when you go to places and you have maybe one towel per person! Best condo we have stayed in! Will come back next year!!

Stayed Sep 21, 2024My husband and I enjoy staying in unit 1907 every year for our anniversary. We enjoy the pool and beach and the accommodations are great. Walmart is close by so we can cook more than going out to eat. The facility is just what we are looking for every year.

Stayed Jul 21, 2024We were very impressed with our stay at 1907 Boardwalk. The unit was nicely appointed, beautifully decorated, clean, and well stocked with just about everything we needed to enjoy ourselves for the week. The view from the balcony was wonderful and the whole property was clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

My entire family loved this unit! It had everything we could ask for. It was in the perfect location with an amazing view. All the beds were really comfortable; my kids loved the bunk beds! Their favorite thing, however, was the pool! This was a perfect vacation and I would stay in this unit again and again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we are pleased with the stay. There were other guests of the facility who smoked weed the entire time we were there. We could not event let our kids enjoy the balcony. This isn’t the fault of the owner, which is why it didn’t sway my rating. My only complaint is that the furniture is heavily used and in need of replacing or repair. We couldn’t use the sofa bed because it was dirty or appeared dirty anyways. The bed in the master bedroom was in need of repair and replacing. It moved a lot when you would turn over and the mattress was not supportive. It was a good stay overall and I would stay there again despite the complaints with the furniture. The staff at the facility are not friendly, they actually come off quite rude and unhelpful. Again, this is not the fault of the owner so it did not sway my rating.

Stayed May 25, 2024We have been to PCB 5 times and this has been one of our favorite condos! Not overly packed like others. No wait time on elevators. Only reccomendation would be the king bed needs a new mattress but that can be an easy fix. Will definetly be back!
