FREE PARKING NY Style Condo in Exchange District

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this downtown Winnipeg condo. The suite was immaculate – beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and spotlessly clean. It was clear that great care has been taken to make the space welcoming for guests. We chose this rental because of its location, and it couldn’t have been more convenient. It’s literally just down the block from the Centennial Concert Hall, where we had tickets to see Les Misérables, which made our evening incredibly easy. Having a designated parking space included at no extra cost was also a huge bonus. We could even see our vehicle from the room, which gave us great peace of mind. Our host, Sylvia, was fantastic and very organized. She sent a detailed message before our arrival outlining what to expect, including addresses, access codes, photos of the parking lot, and a phone number for the parking staff. At one point someone had mistakenly parked in our designated spot, but the parking contact Sylvia provided was very helpful and quickly arranged a temporary spot until our space became available again. The condo is also close to great restaurants and attractions like The Forks and the Manitoba Museum, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting downtown Winnipeg.

Everything described on the website was accurate. Great location. Comfortable unit supplied with essential items. Communication with the property owner Sylvia was pleasant and very professional.

Nice property. They have good supplies for bathroom, coffee available. Tje area is nice. I have stayed in this building a few times and there is always a funny odot in the units and the common areas. Nothing horrible but its noticable.

Great location, close to venues that we attended. Close to good eating establishments.

This is our fourth time here. Love the location! We walk everytime we attend a concert at the Life Center or Burton Cummings Theater. Great breweries (Little Brown Jug and NonSuch) and resturants (Pumphouse on James). Excellent communication with the host. Kitchen is well supplied. Building is quiet. Best perk is the assigned parking space behind the building.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was ideal for us as we were attending a concert at Canada Life Centre as well as one at Park Theatre. CLC was a very nice walk and Park Theatre was a very affordable and quick Uber ride away. We enjoyed a few restaurants within walking distance (peak was Pho at Little Saigon). The suite was comfortable and had everything we needed. The walls are thin as mentioned in the ad. But, the building is very quiet because of that! Free parking was a nice perk and we could see the vehicle through the window which was nice. Hoping to come back in the summer as The Forks and other attractions are a walkable distance as well! We had a great stay at Sylvia's condo in Winnipeg. Very clean and perfectly located for restaurants, breweries, shops, public transportation, etc. We would happily stay again.

A wonderful retreat in the centre of the city. It was a perfect, cozy base to return to in between Christmas parties. The location is great with lots within walking distance, and Silvia is a great host who made my stay easy and enjoyable. I hope to be back next Christmas.

This is our third stay here. Sylivia is a gracious host always quick to communicate and willing to help. The VRBO is clean, equiped with the things needed for a stay and uncluttered. Close to resturants and breweries. We will be back for the next concert in the area.

Sylvie's condo on Market Street is a sweet find -- great value for money, wonderful location - close to great reataurants and walking distance to the river and the Forks Market. Sylvie is very quick to reply, and very helpful. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Check in was flawless. Sylvia provides exquisitely detailed instructions and she’s available to answer any questions.Lots of fun little touches to make the place feel homey. Great place to stay especially if you plan to go to the theater. Sylvia provides lots of ideas for places to dine nearby.We didn’t cook there but the place seems well stocked for it. Building feels very secure. We were able to walk many places.

We loved staying here on our weekend visit to Winnipeg from the states. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. We loved having free WiFi & parking. The location is excellent for walking to restaurants, breweries & other local destinations. The host was very accommodating and was very quick to help us when we had an issue with the TV. We will definitely be staying again and would highly recommend this property to others looking for a great place to stay in Winnipeg.

Great location near the desirable Exchange District. Check-in was really easy. The apartment is clean, new, and chic. Walls are very thin but earplugs were provided.

The unit was very good overall, however, there was no bedroom TV. Additionally, the LV room TV setup was unconventional and required special instructions to operate which was frustrating. Fixing these issues would raise.the unit to the excellent category.

Loved the stay- it’s my second time at this condo. I feels very homey! The only improvement I would suggest is perhaps different pillows, they are very puffy. I will be back!

Beautiful condo, tastefully decorated and very comfortable

We had a great experience during our stay. The apartment was super clean, spacious and well equipped. Easy to park. Secure building with easy check in and simple access. We had an issue with the television service and it was taken care of immediately.

We're already planned a trip back and have booked again. Sylvia is a great host. Fast communication. Clean condo. Comfortable bed. Quiet building, with off-street reserved parking. Walked to the Life Centre. Many restaurants and breweries close by.

This was a perfect place to stay while I was in town to visit family! I’ve stayed in hotels other times but this suite was so much better! I loved the fully-equipped kitchen and laundry on-site. As a woman staying on my own I felt safe and comfortable. Sylvia was super responsive and helpful. I’m eager to stay here again next time I’m in town.

Everything we wanted to see was within 10-15 minutes and often within walking distance. The condo was clean and comfortable. The parking lot was visible from the living room and the parking staff was accommodating. There was someone parked in the stall reserved for us, and with a quick call to the parking staff, they told us other stalls available. We were very happy with our stay!
