Everything was great with the exception of the distance to condo fm parking deck. We weren't informed & my husband had recently had back surgery - so it was rought.

This was our first time staying at Majestic and overall we are very pleased. The unit was exactly as described. Very clean and taken care of. The view is perfect on the 7th floor. The elevators are super fast. We will definitely be staying here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property its self was in a great location. All amenities were available minus the theater, which is ok we were notified with signs through facility. Upon arrive to the unit, we noticed bathtub had dirty foot prints, we wiped out ourselves. Couches and chairs multiple wrappers/trash found that didn’t belong to my party. Bathroom wallpaper held up with velcro, mold in shower corners, hot/cold water handles switched in shower. Kitchen supplies limited, lacking in bowls, sheet pan. While this property is provide a beautiful view and extra chairs and sand toys. I did have to score it lower as it laced of cleanliness and needing to be maintained. Overall I would stay at this complex again, just choose another unit.

Very nice and relaxing. Great view of the beach and ocean. I would definitely stay here again.

Super cute. Clean. Had extra beach items for us which was nice. It’s on the strip, walking distance to some places. Our keypad went dead and I contacted the host and the response back and getting it fixed happened very quickly. I was very pleased.

Cute place, clean, and functional for our family of four. Property management is highly responsive and friendly. Views are fantastic. Only constructive feedback is the main bed was very firm.About the Property: Parking is easy, though be aware the entire third level (where the cross walk is located) is reserved. We only used the indoor pool, which was nice and warm, but having the extra options was a plus. Security is very present day and night - a good thing.About the Area: Majestic is located near many popular attractions and restaurants. We enjoyed Wonderworks, Coconut Creek, and Pineapple Willy's. Keep in mind this is a busier end of the beach, so it is louder outside. Expect to hear music from cars and the bar across the road until midnight or later.Suggestion: Including beach service in the rental rate would be an appreciated bonus and could be a draw to attract people.Overall, we would recommend staying here with the few notes in mind.

Cute decor & a nice place to stay with a family

Ver nice condo with a great location. The Majestic as a whole was great. The cleanliness of the room was ok. Lots of dust, no make up towels given, and there was a lot of nail clippings on the night stand in the bedroom and on the balcony floor. Other than that.. we enjoyed the condo alot!
