My family and I have stayed at BBR for 3 years now, each time in a different unit. The views, the beach access, the pool, the building, the security, all amazing, as always. This unit in particular, compared to the other two we've stayed at, was just okay in my opinion. The pros: the bed was comfy, the chairs on the balcony were nice, the kitchen had all the pots/pans/dishes/appliances you needed, and check in and check out were great. The cons: I was disappointed there was no railing on the top bunk. I wouldn't allow my children to sleep up there because I was afraid they'd fall out. Sadly, the sofa and loveseat were extremely uncomfortable. I know they are hide-a-beds, but it's like the cushions lost all their fluff. And the floor in the bedroom was just weird, like the vinyl had warped or something went wrong with installation because it was squishy and kind of creeped me out. It's a nice unit, and for a 1 week stay, it's totally fine, but with a few changes in my opinion, it'd be great!

While we did have a great time and couldn't have asked for better weather, the cleanliness of this unit did not meet our expectations. There were food crumbs on the counter and what appeared to be Fruity Pebbles Cereal on top of the refrigerator. The sofa is in need of replacement due to its worn condition, and the peeling floor throughout the unit is a concern. We placed towels on top of the peeling floor between the bed and the bathroom to prevent a trip and fall. We hope you will address these issues for future guests.

This is our first stay at this condo but our second at Boardwalk Beach Resort and the location and amenities are great! The condo was clean, well stocked and perfect for 2 people. It can sleep 6 but with just one bathroom that might not work out very well. The kitchen is on the small side but stocked with the basics. There isn’t a lot of counter space in the bathroom but we made it work. We loved the ceiling fans and remote controlled blinds which were great to keep the heat out of the condo during the day. Check-in was super easy and the condo was ready well before check-in time which was a nice bonus. Overall, great condo and great location!

I love this condo! It is clean, right on the beach, and located near all of the restaurants and shopping. I did not have to reach out to the property mgt group this year, but did last year. Yes, this is my second time renting this one for the jazz fest! Anyway, when I did reach out, the response was very quick. I definitely recommend this condo and will be back. It had everything needed to cook and eat comfortably. I also love the covered garage. I could go on and on, but I will stop so this is not too long. Thanks again! Enjoyed the stay!

This is the second time we have come to this building. It's a great location away from the spring breakers. Great views, quiet, spacious, and clean. Nice extras like charging towers, blankets, fan, and access to website with local deals.

My wife and I had a very nice stay. The condo was very clean and well maintained. The balcony views were gorgeous. All the decor was up to date and looked great. 5 elevators so there was very little waiting on the next one. The resort staff was friendly and helpful. I really don't have any negatives at all.

We had a great long weekend! Room was perfect for the 3 of us. Location was great and we enjoyed the ease of getting to the beach. Pool was fabulous too!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean and well taken care of. Many kitchen items to use, way more than I have seen in years past. Loved the extra fan and the outlet towers with usb.
