This is a lovely unit! Everything was fresh and bright. My cousin and I really enjoyed our stay here. Beds were very comfortable, 2 large screen tvs, and kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking utensils. FYI for coffee lovers the coffees pot is drip not Keirug. If you like extra blankets, bring your own. Great unit and great location. Would rent this unit again.

We had a great visit. The beds were comfortable and the entire condo felt new and clean. There is nothing like the emerald coast. It is a beautiful place to visit!

You can tell the owners care about the unit due to the quality of materials used during renovations.

We had an awesome week. The condo was very clean and had all the accommodations we needed. The beach wasn’t too crowded for the week of the 4th of July. We will be back next year!

This condo was very nice and so was the property grounds. The place was super clean and was very nice. Plenty of seating and the beds were comfortable. It had a fully stocked kitchen (even had salt and pepper) and an ice maker. We loved the seating on the balcony to soak up the views. There was laundry right outside the unit which was nice to be able to wash and dry our laundry before leaving. There are plenty of restaurants not far from the condo as well as other entertainment. It was a perfect size for me, my husband and 6 year old. The owner was very communicative and fast to respond to my questions. We would definitely recommend staying here!

The property was wonderful and very nice! The recent remodel was fantastic. We very much enjoyed the direct beachfront ocean view from the 4th floor. Also, this property and the two adjacent ones are not big high risers, which made for much less crowded beach access with plenty of space. Perfect place for my wife and I to getaway for a few days!

Place was clean and well furnished. The bed was really comfortable. Only stayed for a few days but was a great. Enjoyed just sitting on the balcony with the ocean right there. Convenient location also. Only con was that the front desk closes at 5:00 and you can’t check in until 4:00 so you have to be there in that window to get the beach access code. Would be great if they left something in the room with the code on it, or put it in the welcome email, so if you get there later you could access the beach. I would just call on the way if you’re not going to make it on time.
