Stayed Oct 24, 2025Condo was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need. The view was fantastic, beautiful beach. We saw dolphins everyday from the balcony. The only complaint I had is was no parking except across the street due to maintenance on the parking garage and pool area. That is only temporary. However, the owner was very kind to accommodate us with parking closer. We would definitely recommend this condo

Stayed Jul 8, 2025The location of the property was convenient to many eateries and grocery stores. The view from the balcony and the constant breeze made the heat less noticeable. I stayed with three teenage grandchildren and they had plenty to do and enjoyed being right on the Gulf and a nice poil as well. We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Apr 30, 2025We had an amazing stay at this beautiful beachfront condo! The unit was spotless and well-appointed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Do make sure to pick up any spices you may want or need for cooking. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony with a stunning ocean view was truly unforgettable. The location is perfect—just steps from the sand and close to great restaurants and shops. The Point and Hub Stacey’s were two of our favorites. The host was responsive and made the whole process seamless. We can’t wait to come back!

Stayed Nov 1, 2024We loved the condo, but the furniture in the dining room and living room needs a good cleaning - the recliner smelled. That taken care of and its Perfect!! There was a broken floor lamp in the living room which we just left alone. Hope the owners knew about this before we arrived.

The condo was immaculate upon arrival and the check-in process was as easy as pie. The complex has really easy beach access and is convenient to local supermarkets and restaurants. The host was very friendly and helpful. Don't hesitate if you can get this place in Perdido Key. You will love it.

We were there the week of the hurricane, and Dan was extremely conscientious about keeping us informed of the situation. I highly recommend you stay at the Windemere penthouse

Stayed Sep 6, 2024This is our second time to stay here and enjoyed it both times. The place is comfortable and clean and balcony is roomy. Unfortunately the guest bathroom shower sings/screeches while showering. Annoying. Not sure owners can do anything about that if it’s the pipes. Could use room darkening curtains on top of blinds in guest bedroom. Some of us are there to sleep in. Lol. It’s just a short walk to the beach which is nice.

Stayed May 18, 2024We've stayed in many condos in both Gulf Shores and the Perdido Key/Orange Beach area over the past 25 years. This condo is by far our favorite. It was very clean, the beds and furniture were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with utensils and the view could not be beat. We can't wait to book it for our next trip!

Stayed May 8, 2024Needed a respite away from tourist traffic and noisy social scenes. This property was perfect for the task and you can not beat the view for serenity. The property staff we interacted with were very cordial and we appreciated that.
