Stayed Feb 6, 2025We had a great time during our stay. The condo was clean and well appointed. The beds were comfortable, as was the living room furniture. We had everything we needed in the well-equipped kitchen. The most important thing to us was the location…it was perfect!!!! For those in the know, it’s near the end of the strip before you start going up to Gatlinburg.

Stayed Jun 27, 2024Property was exactly as advertised. Convenient location close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Only thing we noticed was every top plug in space for each electrical outlet did not work, specifically in the guest bedroom. But there were plenty of other outlets available in the bedroom to allow us to plug in the cords needed for our dialysis machine. Overall very clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Stayed Jun 24, 2024Condo was dated but clean and more than sufficient for the 3 nights that we were there. Place is quiet and we had plenty of room. There was a trolley stop nearby which made it convenient if you didn’t want to drive. Very convenient! The property outside could use some freshening up. Saw paint peeling in various places, on the stairs and outside of the building. Not sure if the building has a grounds keeper but there were dead beetles on the stairs and walkway. I’m sure they are drawn to the outside lights which can’t be helped but someone should try and clean this regularly. For instance, we were there 4 days and a penny was on the ground not far from our doorway. If someone was sweeping the walkway, the penny would’ve been gone but it was there the whole time.
