Unique spot, great vibes, overall good stay and experience.

This was my 3rd or 4th stay at this condo. I absolutely love it. It is well appointed, comfortable and clean. I enjoy the view from the balcony. I look forward to returning.

Everything was great except the little beach was way to far away. The room and pool were great.

I was not advised of the improvements being made to the property and the noise starting early in the morning and all the dust and debris that came with it. Also, was not made aware of the gnats by the pool. Was bitten up several times. Probably have, without exaggeration, 200 bite marks on my arms and legs. But, going back to the construction. If I had known that such noise and dust was there, I never would have rented this condominium. Sorry, you wanted an honest response, you got an honest response. Otherwise, the accommodations were fine.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room and resort itself was amazing and beautiful. The big issue that we had was the cleanliness of the pool. It rained pretty heavy a couple times during our stay. However, there seemed to be no urgency to get the pool cleaned after those storms. We even went into the pool one day after a storm and came across two dead frogs floating around in the pool. We have stayed at this resort multiple times and this has been the first year where there has been issues with the cleanliness of the pool.

This was my second stay in this unit. Such a greaylt place. Everything is clean and well maintained. I love the balcony in the morning for coffee.

It is on the water just off the beach and overlooks a huge resort type pool with zero entries. I live next door and rented this unit for my granddaughter and her family and this is the second time they’ve been in this particular unit. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves and had plenty of space and privacy. Unit 211 is their favorite and they’ve stayed in several other units in the building. It’s very well maintained and had everything they needed. This property is also close to plenty of activities and restaurants. They enjoyed the pirate ship, wonderworks, the trampolines, and go carts, like most of the families with small children. They have their very favorite restaurants that are nearby like Grand Marlin and J Michael’s. The best part of it all for me was the ease of reserving and the service from Southern Coast Vacation Rentals. This company is owned and managed by local people. They make sure everything is perfect before it’s rented and and always tell me that if we needed anything to please let them know. Since we started renting through them, we have never gone back to the large rental agencies. The only thing my family didn’t care for, was the fact that they had to leave!
