Reviewer Comments: everything was good for the most part. shower seat in master bth had a lot of mold on it. the one of 2 elevators was out of service so everyone was crowded using one.

The only problem I found was that the stove and microwaves time was a minute apart. lolBut me and several guests did discuss why in the world would the management wait till peak season to do the elevator maintenance?

The staff are friendly & helpful. The complex is clean & well maintained. From pickle ball & shuffle board to a heated pool, hot tub & sauna, this building offers lots of amenities. The beach is beautiful & the sunsets are spectacular.

Reviewer Comments: We have been staying with Pelican walk for many years and have stayed in many units depending on the size of our family. 510 is just “our” little getaway! We love the coziness of it. If I had to make one suggestion it would be the mattress in the master is a bit hard but other than that the unit is PERFECT!!

The view was awesome and the condo was very nicely furnished. As former owners at Pelican Walk, it was good to feel at home. Staff was very pleasant and easy to work with.
