Stayed Oct 23, 2025The views were absolutely amazing (we saw dolphins so bring binoculars)! Julie (owner) was very quick to respond with answers to all our questions. The only recommendation I have is to bring a fan because the AC wouldn’t take it lower than 71 degrees, even at night (we are from OH and used to sleeping at 65 degrees). You could walk to several restaurants (whale’s tail was yummy) and the Topeka concert venue. We had a total blast and will be back!

Stayed Aug 4, 2024Can’t get a better view, but the kitchen sink is the bathroom sink and no closet. Only unable sitting area is on the balcony. This unit is very small and has some age to it. Like stated before, the view, the view , the view is where it is at.

Stayed Jul 7, 2024This was a perfect space for myself to be while my family also rented spaces in the building. Everything was clean, views were amazing and Julie was excellent at communicating. Highly recommend for any individual or couple.
