Our beautiful 1,535 square feet, 3 bed/3 bath condo has awesome ocean views. The condo has an spacious split floor plan with floor to ceiling glass doors opening onto the balcony. The balcony runs the legth of the condo and has access from each bedroom and living area.
Our condo is a non-smoking unit and our association prohibits rentals to anyone under the age of 25. Identification is required.

Stayed Jul 2, 2025Plenty of room for 5 adults and four children- condo was clean when we got there - short walk to beach - nice pool - only issue was elevator problems (certainly not owner's or property manager's resposilility) excellent communication with property manager - will certainly use Vrbo in the future

Stayed Jul 9, 202510 out of 5 stars! This condo was perfect for our family of 6. It is always important to us on vacation to have plenty of space and this condo met all of our needs. We also loved the location and ease of getting to the beach. Pictures do not do this place justice; what already looked great is even better in person. Anytime I contacted the owner with a question, the answer was prompt and owner goes above and beyond. For all future stays, we will definitely seek this specific rental. Thank you for being a wonderful host for our family.

Stayed Oct 9, 2024The condo was perfect for our group of 7 (2 adults and 5 teenagers). We had plenty of room and it was stocked with lots of amenities for cooking, hanging out on the beach or a game night in. The location is great and the balcony views are so relaxing. It was definitely a bonus that there was a bar and restaurant onsite. We would definitely come back again.

Stayed Jul 8, 2024This booking has it all: beautiful property, clean room, balconies with beach views, easy and close beach access, great location! We had the best time staying here! Everyone was very helpful and friendly. My daughter left her wallet on the couch when we checked out. I called Julie, property manager, and she found the wallet and mailed it to me that day. The overall experience was perfect for our family vacation. We will stay here again!!

Stayed Jun 30, 2024We very much enjoyed our stay, plenty of room for the entire family. Only downside was parking availability but that is not the owner. We had a few days there was zero spots to park and had to park in no parking areas as you cannot park on the street.

Stayed Mar 23, 2024We stayed at this property for our spring break and loved every minute of it! The owner was beyond helpful and messaged immediately back, even having the room ready early for us the day of arrival!! We will rent from this place again in the future!
