Free beach service! 4th floor beach front right on the Gulf

Everything was up to par except Wi-Fi was a terrible but the experience was excellent and they actually had extra towels in the room unlike most places

Great beach view and easy access. The property was clean and comfortable. Family friendly not crowded.

We stayed here because of the reviews, there was only 1 bad review, I should have listened to it!!! Even when we walked into the place we were hit with such a bad odor! I even reread the reviews because I couldn’t believe that this was the place people were explaining! The carpet in the bedroom was so bad!!! it needed to be replaced, when I looked underneath the bed, there was so much trash under the bed. There was a roll of new carpet under there so I brought it out so I didn’t have to walk on the disgusting carpet that was in the bedroom.! All of the floors were disgusting! I saw that the owner had reached out on the bad review saying that if she would’ve known that it was dirty to the last review she would’ve had somebody come over there and clean it the only way you could’ve cleaned it , if you would’ve had a week to rip out the carpet put new carpet in! Bleach all the floors! Get an electrician in there because every time we use the microwave a fuse blew! When we sat out on the deck, there was a clicking coming from the outlet! All of the furniture was disgusting, we use the sheets that were provided in the living room and used them to sit on it on the furniture in the living room! There’s a junk drawer above the microwave that’s got all kinds of crap in it! If you don’t like smoking, people smoke cigarettes out on the balcony too! Most of these places do not allow this.

Overall it was good stay, beach service was a very nice plus. The condo could definitely use some updating and a bit more elbow grease in the cleaning but it overall had what we needed. Beach was not crazy busy which is amazing for July, but there are not many shells if you have kiddos and quite a few jellyfish. Also, communication with the host was poor, check-in information was incomplete and partially incorrect. We were given the wrong pool code and the host just never got back to us. Luckily we found some other guests who took mercy on us and gave it to us so we could enjoy the pool.

The furniture was filthy, things were broke. Tried to reach out no response from anyone. Took five days for the owner to respond to parking question and nothing since then. I would not recommend this unit to anyone

The property was clean. Love that it is beach front. I wish there was a wash area outside the property to wash off sand before going up the stairs or elevator.

Pelican Isle is located in a quieter area. The beach is beautiful. We enjoyed the included chairs/umbrella. We did reserve chairs 2 days at 15 per day. The unit is clean. We had everything we needed. The furniture is due for an upgrade as is the flooring in the bedroom. The bed was comfortable. Having two bathrooms is nice! The view from the fourth floor was perfect. I didn’t cook, but the kitchen appeared to have everything you would need. There is a regular coffee pot and a couple of pitchers. I did notice the hall bunk beds each have a TV at the end. We enjoyed our visit.

Nice ocean front, balcony door hard to open had a caution about stepping onto balcony but seem to be very high could trip real easy if forget to step over at times, only other issue was very slow elevator and working on them

Property is very well maintained, location is excellent! Very quiet not many businesses in the area but restaurants are close by. The property is older, the condo itself looks original but very clean! That looks freshly painted! The only thing I really didn't like is that the rugs in the bedroom either need to be cleaned really good or replace. I could never understand why people have rugs in a shore rental anyway?? The beach is amazing, the pool and hot tub are great!!

ALL the staff folks were very informative and kind! The Condo was ok, kinda old appliances and furnishings, but comfortable. Loved that the beach chairs were included. Would recommend if it was a lower price.

Overall we had a good time and enjoyed this nice property. A few concerns - the AC would not cool below 74 in the daytime, and HVAC filter was extremely dirty. Balcony door wouldn't lock. Washing machine would only run hot water when set on cold or cool. Elevator was out of order 3 times during our stay. Noisy group came in at 10:15 p.m, continuing for 30 minutes.

The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. We would definitely stay there again.

My wife and i stayed for a long weekend. No trouble with any part of our stay. Very nice property, very nice view. Great getaway!

It was a great week very laid back.It wasn't busy and we enjoyed it

The condo is in a great location with great views. The condo itself needs some updating and the carpet in the bedroom was very dirty. It had stains all over it and the tile floors were not very clean. The furniture is a little worn out but we weren't in the condo that much.

The condo was clean but the furniture needs to be replaced. When you sit down you fall to the bottom of the chairs. Great views we will rent it again. Oh one other thing the shower needs safety bars to hold on to very slippery floors.

Christy was really good to book with but when we arrived the ice maker did not work. Called about it and she said she would have someone come check it and she would let us know when they are coming. No one ever showed up. Had to go get ice upon arrival. Next the carpet was filthy. It definitely needs to be replaced. When we tried to wash dishes, the dishwasher would not work. There was also a lot of light bulbs that were out and needed to be replaced. The chairs in the living room looked dirty also and the couch was very uncomfortable as well as the pull out bed. This place needs to have some work done before being rented out again.

I only go to the beach for the beach and a few days of disconnecting. Okaloosa Island is our favorite place. It usually does not matter where I stay since I am only there basically for a place to sleep and love the convenience of cooking meals in if we want to. This unit is ok. Could really use some updating, paint, update some furniture, etc. A few minor things could make a huge difference. And really needs a deep cleaning. Had one problem and it was handled very quickly! But the view is fantastic. And the guys with the chairs and umbrellas are awesome! Chairs were set up early. Beach is clean and beautiful. You do need to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels though!
