We enjoyed our stay! The property was as advertised and the property manager was very responsive to any needs that came up throughout our stay. We were right across from the pool and walking distance from the beach and resturants. We had a great stay!

Our stay was wonderful. We had a little bit of confusion upon check in but it was cleared up quickly. I misunderstood that check in could be as early as 4 but as late as 6 and that the condo had to be released first. When we arrived at our unit it was nice and clean. Everything was exactly as promised and pictured. The walk to the beach was very accessible and easy. The pools were great! We only used the large middle pool, the smaller on directly next to our condo and the beach front one and that was plenty. We did not check out the other amenities that were available but im sure they were great too. Being on the canal was nice. I enjoyed the sounds of the frogs and seeing the turtles and giant snails. The access to the beach wagon and toys was a huge plus. It really helped to make our trips to the beach easier. My only negative was the gas stove. Majority of people dont know how to operate those and it could be dangerous. I only used the oven once to cook the eggs I got because the gas stovetop scared me but thats just a personal preference. overall our stay was amazing. The location of the condo is perfect to explore PCB. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a walmart within walking distance so technically you probably wouldnt have to drive if you didnt want to. But if you do drive its all very easy short trips to get to what you want to do. I cant wait to come back! maybe retire here in 20 years! (sad faces on having 20 more years though)

Overall everything was great. The property was clean and there were a lot of amenities. The communication from the staff was also great. There were only 2 drawbacks to me. One the condo doesn’t include the wristbands needed to access the private beach. With the price, that should be included. The second is that the laundry detergent is rather strong so people with allergies may have a few issues with the bedding.

There’s a pool that’s smaller and more private that we went to, but the large pool in the middle of the neighborhood is also good! The shed has all you can think of for beach necessities, super bonus for this property. The cleanliness could have been better in the bathrooms but everything else was great! A nice 10 minute walk to the beach. AC works great. Wish we could have stayed longer :)

Overall I would give 5 Palms a 10/10. We would certainly stay again but book direct through Book That Condo, it would have saved us VRBO fees. It was very clean and VERY quiet (which is always at the top of our concerned list). Beds are comfortable but bring your own pillows, the ones here were unbearable to us, we went to walmart and bought a couple for $4. There are plenty of awesome toys, umbrella, chairs and cart for the beach, we actually left some additional floaties and toys for the next families to enjoy. Some people might say its a bit outdated but those things dont bother us, it had everything we needed to cook. You will need to bring your own spices though. Some things to note: This isn't on the rental but something to be aware of; the amount of young children / teens driving golf carts irresponsibly- coming very close to hitting others and driving in the wrong lane, I get that we're all here on vacation, but some children need to be taught better. There is a cute orange tabby cat that wonders around and we noticed a bunch of people around us were keeping her well fed and lots of water out. It was adorable. The wifi unfortunately couldnt play anything on the apps (Max, Hulu, etc) it kept freezing up, there two wifi options and both seemed a bit slow. When we got to security to check in and get our hanging tag, no one was there, we called too but no answer, we didn't get our tag until the 3rd day.

We had a very relaxing stay. The town house was cozy and nice; and had everything we needed, we felt right at home. We felt completely safe in the gated community and the grounds were wonderful. We had fun riding the golf cart to the beach house, community pool, putt-putt, tennis and pickleball courts. We were extremely impressed with the outdoor storage cabinet that had extra accommodations! The ocean was amazing! The white sand and emerald waters were absolutely beautiful and (conveniently) extremely close by. Everything was nearby. I highly recommend the Grand Mere Shell Island sunset dolphin cruise and St. Andrews State Park. We could not have asked for more. It was a perfect family vacation.

The condo was amazing! The owners really stepped up their game with this rental. Everything was perfect and easy to find. Short walk to the beach was even better! Can't wait to go back!

When we arrived there and there was no grill like the Description stated. I had to call twice to have someone look for the key to open the shed for beach supplies, the 1st person did not know to look in the lock box at the front door. I had to call twice about the pipes completely coming undone under the kitchen sink. The 1st maintenance guy did not even check them just stated looks like your husband did a good job. 2nd guy which was a young boy put ribbon around the groves to hold the pipes in place and all was good for the remainder of the stay.
