You must be 25 years of age to book condo. ID must match name on rental agreement.
Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.
Condo comes with basic essentials such as linens, bath towels, hand towels, hair dryer, etc.
The following STARTER SUPPLIES are provided:
- One roll of toilet paper for each restroom
- Bar of soap per bathroom
- One travel sized shampoo per bathroom
- One travel sized conditioner per bathroom
- Make-up removers per bathroom
- Single sized dish liquid
- Single sized dish washing detergent pack
- Single use laundry washing detergent
- Two large trash bags
- Small trash bag for each bathroom

Trash Chutes are located (1) from elevators to the right and around the corner (2) from the unit to the left and around the corner
NO parties/events. NO smoking/vaping allowed - this includes inside the unit, outside on the balcony, pool decks, stairwells, and other common areas.
There is a designated smoking area to the left of the building.
One (1) Parking pass is included in the cleaning fee and will be in your unit upon arrival.
- Parking passes are $50 per vehicle per stay and price is subject to change.

Gulf Shores is a popular destination for water sports, and there are many companies that offer rentals for jet skis, kayaks, paddleboards, and more.
You can also rent jet skis, parasail, or take a banana boat ride for a more adventurous experience.

Fishing:
The Alabama Gulf Coast is a world-renowned fishing destination. You can fish from the shore, charter a boat for deep-sea fishing, or go pier fishing. There are a variety of fish to be caught, including redfish, speckled trout, flounder, and mahi-mahi.

Gulf State Park:
Gulf State Park is a beautiful state park with over 6,500 acres of beaches, forests, and wetlands. You can go hiking, biking, camping, fishing, or kayaking in the park. The park also has a nature center with exhibits on the plants and animals of the area.
