The condo was definitely well taken care of all around. It was so clean and welcoming as soon as you walked in. Fully equipped with dishes. The only problem would be the dryer, it was messed up with the start button so it was hard to start up. But overall, we would definitely head back to it!

Just finished our little vacation on the beach! We very much enjoyed the location of the property in relation to the bars, restaurants, and the beach of course. We had one issue with the washing machine that was taken care of lightening fast, the owners are very much tied in and responsive. We will stay there again for sure.

Such a great spot! Have stayed in Orange Beach numerous times, but never this condo! It is such a wonderful layout! The bunks in the hall was so prefect for our son! He was able to go to bed, but still hangout with the family in the living room! Thanks for the fun!

I signed as much legal paper work as I did buying a house. The total fee for parking was not clear, and the 50 is really 58 w taxes! Times 2 for us w two cars. It is a small building, which turned out to be a really nice thing as far as never waiting on the elevators, which were quick and not being too crowded. We walked inside and there were a few cleanliness issues. I let the property know and they did offer to come in and re-clean. Ocean view was great! There were things like when I went to cook with cookware, the nonstick coating was coming off in our food. The icemaker was slow so for sure-grab a bag of ice. The Wi-Fi was not great. Anything we tried to do beyond texting and scrolling Facebook was a bust. The rooms were good except the middle bed which my friends slept in was very uncomfortable and it had a big dip in the middle. We slept in the master and it was good. They were clear about what they were going to and not to provide. For some reason, not having a little starter of dish soap felt very cheap. I assume everybody has that as it’s custom in the places I’ve stayed in the past 20 years. I somehow overlooked it so we had a bar of soap to use in the kitchen because we didn’t want to go back out and buy more. The place was roomy and functional. If this had been 100-200 less, we would’ve felt OK- We get what we paid for, but there were other comparable places we now wish we had chosen. I wouldn’t stay there again, but it was “fine”.

We loved this condo! Great decor and furnishings. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need for vacation. The management company was awesome! Very quick to reply to our questions, very helpful!So close to grocery, shopping and restaurants. Beautiful beach and pool. We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

Great value and perfect for a family with kids. Beach proximity was wonderful. Having a pool and hottub was great. Listing was accurate. Enjoyed our time immensely!

We really enjoyed this property. It has a great view and was very clean and comfortable. We were disappointed that we not informed of the hot tub not being operational. We also had a problem when a building wide fire alarm went off and I could not get ahold of the building management and neither could the fire department.

It was better than advertised, pictures were up to date, as well as the unit...would love to go back!

Me, my husband and our 2 small children along with my brother in law stayed for the week and we really enjoyed our time. The condo was in a great spot, and we loved it!

A few maintenance issues upon check in. Called and tech came soon to fix front door hinge and satellite connection. Fixed both.

I was very happy with this condo. 1st place we have stayed at in a long time that was clean and everything was as stated in the reviews. I would definitely recommend this place and we will be back.

We had such a great time and view of the Gulf. The condo is in an excellent location, plenty of space for the family as well. I will say, there was a small issue with the toilet in the primary bathroom, however within the hour someone was there to have it fixed. I was really surprised as how quickly the repairs were coordinated. Overall I would say again!

My 4 boys, mom, and I drove from Texas for a few days at the beach! The condo beds were comfy and the location was fantastic!!

Everything was as pictured. Felt as if I was at home . Besides the elevator not working one day and we had to walk to the 9th floor.

The condo was very nice. Very nice furniture super comfortable beds I would definitely stay there again The master bedroom seem to be a little warmer than the rest of the condo so needed a fan for that room.

Me and my family had such a memorable stay. I got this condo for my husbands B-Day and had his family come stay with us. We all had such a wonderful time!
