Situated mere steps from the ocean, Fountainhead Towers offers access to community amenities that include a beachfront swimming pool, a tennis court, and a sundeck. You'll be practically across the road from the Gold Coast Mall, a matter of steps from restaurants and groceries, three-quarters of a mile south of Northside Park, and only two miles south of the Fenwick Island Lighthouse and tax-free shopping across the Maryland-Delaware state line.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

    We chose this unit because of the beautiful views from the ocean front and bay side balconies that did not disappoint. Great shade during most of the day made them very usable. Kitchen is small but functional. Furnishings were all very nicely updated and our stay was comfortable and relaxing. Oceanside pool was a great plus!

    Overall, we love staying here and it was the second year we did! It’s very well maintained and comfortable with basically everything you’ll need to make your stay comfortable is already there! The only thing I would love to see is a master bathroom upgrade. It’s pretty outdated and not very big to move around in with wet bathing suits and two people shuffling around in. There is a large area with just a single sink and a closet that leads into this small bathroom that has another useless sink and tight turning room. We would love to just add a wardrobe to the bedroom, blow out that vanity area and build out the bathroom. It could really benefit from a soaker tub with shower. The bathtub/tile area really need updating as it’s getting hard to keep them clean from build up. But is this enough from keeping us coming back? Absolutely not! You’ll love it here, trust us, we’re somewhat particular about beach experiences. Enjoy!!

    Hosts were very accommodating. Everything was spacious, clean and for the most part updated. If I had to make any suggestions, I would say to either update the kitchen or take out cabinets and go open shelving (but I get the dust issues there). The master bath could use a little sprucing but it was definitely on par with OCMD condos. The decor was great and the balcony is what sold us. It’s a double balcony and it was divine! We’d definitely head back!

    This condo fits the needs for our family of 5. Condo was very clean upon arrival. Great Ocean and Bay views! We will be renting this unit again next year!
