Stayed Jun 21, 2025Great condo, modern and well appointed. The beds were pretty hard and uncomfortable but everything else was up to or exceeded expectations. Great balcony view of the ocean and the pool was great.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We absolutely loved this place! Very spacious,clean and beautifully decorated.we were on the 6th floor so the fast elevators was a plus you don’t find that a lot down here. Pool deck was great also a smooth walk to the beach.would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 29, 2022This was a lovely unit. Front balcony is lovely has table for dining overlooking the ocean and pool. Perfect for those who like to spend time outside without going down to the beach The beds are very firm. The mattress on the sofa bed in the living room wasn't comfortable. Kitchen is small good for only one person at a time. Back bedroom was hot and the fan didn't work (which I found out when leaving). There was an issue that was upsetting but addressed quickly by management. Beautiful sunsets from bayside balcony each evening. Sadly not much space for renters to store grocery items. No ice maker and no ice cube trays. We were very fortunate to have had a beautiful week for the beach. Thanks to the Security Staff, Owner, and VRBO and Vascasa for making our stay a nice one.
