Fountainhead Towers 1310

This was the 4th time that I’ve stayed at this condo. We love it. It’s updated and we love the double balconies (especially when we come for cruise week). Great location with a grocery, liquor store, pizza place, fractured prune and crab shack all within walking distance. Condo also has access to the beach. Will be booking again in October and for next years summer vacation.

A nice clean condo in a great location to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Not on the boardwalk but we appreciated not being close.

Location was perfect, inside was clean and mostly well stocked. There were no big bowls for mixing or preparing a big salad, etc, which was inconvenient. The one frying pan was as so warped on the bottom that it couldn’t be used as it didn’t sit even close to flat on the cooktop. Views from the balconies were amazing. The living room area was super comfortable and it was great to be able to stream Netflix etc after a long day at the beach. The one big thing that would make me not want to come back was the bedding. The sheets, blankets and pillowcases were AWFUL. They were almost gritty. It was like sleeping on the paper that they use at the doctor’s office. The sheets in the smaller bedroom were a little better, but not great. I had to sleep with a long sleeved shirt on to be comfortable… which was not great since it was incredibly hot out. The bedding appears to be rented from some sort of agency. I would highly consider changing agencies or something. It ruined every night of sleep for me.

Great location. Many stores and restaurants near by. Clean, spacious unit with beautiful views of the ocean and bay. Tons of storage space and comfortable beds. Have already booked for next year.

Great condo, recommend to anyone for a comfortable, clean stay with great views

If you’re looking for a bay view and ocean view getaway this place is it. Clean and well maintained.

Beautiful apartment however dog hairs everywhere even though no pets are allowed and dust around the beds and sofa.

Spur of the moment decision to head to the beach. Did some research online and found this lovely place. Loved the view of the ocean (very relaxing) also enjoyed the view of the bay especially at sunset. Very close to grocery store and other restaurants and shops. Condo's decor was very warm and welcoming. I especially loved the flooring (Do not love carpeting at the beach). Very spacious unit. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo with an awesome view.

We were all super impressed with this property! It was a great layout and updated with modern decor. You can tell that the property owners really put a lot of thought in to this place. The customized window treatments and the sliding doors that open wide to the ocean front balcony brought in great light. We loved the double balconies to be able to watch the cars on the bay side too. We liked this place so much that we are booking it again in October.
