Forest Beach Villa 411 | Walk to Coligny Beach!

Great communication, clean condo, photos accurate and location perfect!

The host was very accommodating. I have limited walking and the handicap parking was right by the elevator that went straight up to the area closest to the condo. I could drive my cart up and park in the area by stairway and it was out of the way and ready for the trip to the beach, and other places. Had Thanksgiving with my daughter and her 2 daughters along with our grandson and one of the girls boyfriend. Kitchen was nice size to make meal and we had enough room for eating and later playing family games. Some took an evening walk down to the beach to watch the sunset. It was close to where both granddaughter and grandson work on the island so it was a little break for them to get to their jobs quicker and spend more time with family. Thank you.

As soon as we walked in we were hit with a heavy mold smell. The parking underneath smelled like that was where all the residents let their animals do their business. The couch wasn’t the most comfortable.

Very spacious and clean. Communication with host was great. Location was good as well. Had everything we needed. Would recommend.

The place smelled like smoke & my asthma kicked in making it a rough trip. The couches were stained, carpet was stiff and everything needed a deep deep clean. The floors were slick like they just left cleaner all over it. Location is fantastic, which is only saving grace for us. When I contacted the property manager to tell them that the smoke smell, they sent someone over 24 hours later. And that individual did not think it smelled like smoke yet the four adults that were staying in this house plus a couple older children said it smelled like smoke as well. They did offer a small refund, which was less than I requested. A nice gesture but my trip was ruined with constant headaches chest pain because of the smell. If you can ignore everything here for the great location, then stay here. It really is a good location.

Everything about our stay was great. We loved the villa and the entire property. The location is excellent as well.

Check in was very easy! We found the place in excellent condition!

Overall place was okay! Had a few issues. (Garbage disposal doesn’t work, and shower downstairs had issues with back spray getting past door onto the floor. It needs a better seal as this had caused problems with needing to dry the floor after each use. Couch was severely stained upon arrival and the 2 seater couch has plywood under cushions because the springs where broken.)

Our stay at the beach was absolutely wonderful! The condo was spacious, clean, comfortable, and very quiet—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. We were just minutes from the beach with easy access, which made getting back and forth a breeze.The area was full of great shops and a wide variety of dining options. Several places even had live music, which made for a fun and enjoyable experience for all ages. The beach itself was beautiful and well-kept, and the lifeguards were friendly and welcoming.We also really enjoyed the facility’s pool—it was large, clean, and a great option when we wanted a break from the ocean.If you’re thinking about booking, don’t hesitate—check this place out! You and your family are going to have a fantastic time.

Location to beach is nice. The pool was awesome. The kids loved it. The floors are very slippery and several family members slipped and fell. Something to be cautious of for others booking. Also the beds are terribly uncomfortable. Also the air conditioning doesnt work in the downstairs bedroom and bathroom. Oh and the dryer doesnt work in the unit. Other than that it was just okay. Probably wouldn't stay again.

The kids had a blast, the proximity to the beach was awesome! Many a bike ride on the beach was great. Walking to the beach was quick. The playground was also close. The property manager responded quickly when the dryer had an issue. Great week we won’t forget!

We come to Hilton Head multiple times a year for vacations and to visit family, Forest Beach Villas has been one of our favorite places to stay because of location/proximity to the beach and Coligny. Unit 411 was an awesome place that feels very spacious with the high ceilings and second floor!Only downsides we had on our trip was the laundry not working correctly, the dryer was not venting properly as we were getting error messages and clothes took 2 hours to dry. The place was also pretty well cleaned overall except for some mold noticed in the corners of and on the squeegee in the primary shower.

The condo at South Beach villas was a great location and it offered good accommodations and items need for the stay.

The location was great, super convenient to walk to the beach. It was a great rental for our family, which included two couples and two kids.

Great overall was disappointed the sofas was not accessible for sleeping because they were broken but other than that everything was Great
