Stayed Jan 15, 2026Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rarely is a short term rental property better than the photos, but this one blew us away! The property was exceptionally clean and well-stocked. It seems like a silly thing, but having tupperware in a rental with a kitchen is so useful! The property is conveniently situated between Baytowne Golf Course holes 1 and 9 and is an easy three minute walk to the clubhouse (don't bother driving!). The kids and I enjoyed walking over to Jolee Island and Baytowne Wharf. Overall, For Shore felt like home away from home and we will certainly book again for our next trip to the area.

Stayed Dec 27, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was comfortable (great living room couches, a big dining table to gather around and eat or play games), and comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bunk room is in a closet (no windows, no place to put really this is just a 3 bedroom home.For this price, it seems like they could have provided enough trash bags, dishwasher detergent and such for the entire week. Also, we had a smoke detector beeping in the middle of the night and the maintenance wouldn't come out until the next day. It was high enough to need a ladder.

Stayed Jul 24, 2025Check in was great! Kitchen was great. Unfortunately, the floor was not vacuumed or cleaned and so we had to call to have this done. We had to change the air conditioner filter and one of the pictures fell off the wall when we walked by it. Not sure how it even stayed on the wall as it had one screw and some kind of wire thing coming out of the wall. We laid it in the bedroom.

Stayed Jun 1, 2025Condo is charming and comfortable, in a fun location off of the highway. The golf cart was excellent and was perfect for our family getaway. There are stairs to get to the bedrooms, but seemed manageable for older guests. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed plus more. There is no access to a fitness center, but plenty of areas to get your steps in. The rugs were not clean when we arrived and we had to vacuum ourselves.

Reviewer Comments: We took our family to Destin for a weeklong vacation and this villa was perfect. It was fully stocked with the basic necessities and very clean. It was also close to the beach, which was just a short drive in the golf cart. We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed Mar 23, 2025The check in/out process was simple. Management was not needed but very attentive. The condo is incredibly well stocked, the beds are comfortable, and there was plenty of space to gather or for privacy. The location is superb... 5 minute walk to pickleball/tennis, 10 minute walk to Baytown wharf/marina, and 10 minute golf cart to the Sandestin beach. We had great stay.

Stayed Jul 20, 2024Good condo if you need multiple rooms. Kitchen is a bit tight and bunk room is small but other rooms are big and spacious, so great for families that need some space. Really close to the pool and just a short golf cart ride to the beach.
