Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit. Guests will not be allowed on property if there is not someone 25 or older with them at the time of their arrival.

Pool and Sun Deck: The Boardwalk features a 2500 sq. ft. Zero-Entry Heated Pool, surrounded by a beautiful pool deck. Located on the beachside, you're just steps away from a secluded sun deck, hot tub, a splash zone for the kids, and the Under the Boardwalk Bar and Grill. Alcohol is not permitted on the pool deck during the month of March.

Secure, Gated Property: It's best to feel secure when you're so far from home! The Boardwalk Beach Resort is a private, gated property that is monitored by 24-hour security.

Parking:
Boardwalk Resort Access Policy: You must register and purchase a parking pass and wristbands prior to your arrival. 30aSeascapes will provide a link for you to complete registration as well as pay for parking passes and wristbands. Please ensure we have a valid email address to share the register link prior to your arrival.

Parking is available in the garage or in the surface lot by permit only. Your parking pass needs to be visible on your vehicle's dashboard for the entirety of your stay. Violators are subject to towing at vehicle owner's expense.

Other details to note:

A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.

Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise). During the month of March guests are not permitted to bring visitors on property.
