Fontainebleau Sorrento Jr. King with Sofabed. Free Spa Passes and Valet Parking

I was very disappointed. Got the room very late. The fridge inside the room was very loud. I asked for late check out and was denied even though i was given the room very late. Also when i booked, it said free spa certificate which never got it.

Overall very nice. The gym could be larger for so many guests. Also, a separate coffee shop in the morning would be helpful. Chez Bon bon was always packed. The pool hours could be later. Beautiful property though.

Price is good up front, but resort fees are equivalent to the stay of another 2 nights and they include nothing. Resort is far away from attractions; we had to uber everywhere. Restaurants on the premises are on the expensive side. Also, no hangers in the closet and the bed creeks. Other than that, the spacious studio is nice.

Host was very responsive. The room, view and amenities were all topnotch and just as described. Great experience and would definitely stay again. Really enjoyed walking on the long Miami Beach boardwalk easily accessible right behind the hotel on the beach.

The FB is our favorite hotel in Miami, and this was a great room! Awesome location, balcony, and ocean front view.

Great unit with access to a beautiful, quiet pool . So nice to have a balcony and free parking in South Beach!

What An amazing experience. Seamless check in/ check out. Valet was right on point. The room was spotless. Balcony had a good video. Right next to the departure for valet which was great.

My husband and I loved our stay. The room was very clean and stocked with extra towels. The room had a perfect view of the beach and cityscape. We enjoyed the many pools and beach every day. It was busy but we managed to find 2 chairs without too much difficultly. We arrived at 10 pm and couldn't get through the front door to check in. Lucklily, another guest was able to scan us in. We had an amazing time and plan on coming bqck.

The space was clean and balcony view was AWESOME, you have a view on the beach, up South Beach and a great sunset view of Miami. I look forward to staying here in the future!!

From check in to dining to the pools to the Suite our stay at the condo and Fountainebleau was wonderful. Condo as expected and a beautiful view of the beach, south and even towards the intercoastal/downtown. Looking forward to returning soon. Amazing value at the Sorrento. Thanks Chris.

Gorgeous apartment, especially loved the balcony! All the perks of the Fontainebleau at a better price and did I mention the balcony? Chris was super responsive for everything. There were some issues with cleaning when I first arrived (hence the 4 stars) that he addressed immediately

Pretty decent place in every sense. We think this is our first but not our last visit here.
