Perfect stay! Clean, convenient and the host is great and responsive!

The hotel itself has a wonderful vibe but the rooms desperately needs updating. Please be aware that maid service isn’t available for many rooms without a extra fee. In room dining has very odd hours such as 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Miami is a party city so in room diving should be twenty four hours. There’s a food truck which isn’t convenient after being out late at night. My floor at Sorrento level was out of wash cloths for two days. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

All very clean, service super, resourt safety was great.

The room was dirty. Human hair in bathroom/ bathtub. Empty condom boxes in dresser drawers. Prescription pills left on bathroom floor near toilet. Room smelled like marijuana. Carpet frayed.

Our stay was exactly as expected. Owner provided all needed communication in an email. Room was spacious and was perfect for our week's stay. We were looking for a stay where there was the ability to relax during the day and have fun in the evenings and the resort delivered on all of our expectations. Highly recommend.

The room was dirty with cockroach and the hotel could not help because it was booked with vrbo unit owner. Never again

I took my husband for his birthday aug 16-19 the second day I had to move out from this owner apartment room 403 because there was cockroaches in the room . My second day was waisted because the owner told me to wait in the room to let the exterminator in it was getting late And I had to find another room in a different building . The owner was not very polite and understandable I will never go back there .

Beautiful suite with sea view. Everything was nice and clean. We also had a balcony wich was nice. The bathroom door should be fixed but thats a minor thing. We really enjoyed our stay.

Had a very good stay over Christmas for five days at the Sorrento Towers. The unit was very nice. The view was not very good. Would prefer to have bought a higher floor with a better view, but that’s not the fault of the unit owner.Sorrento Tower suite was very clean no problems. Would book again. I’ve also stayed at the Traesor tower and like both of them.The location is great. The fountainbleau hotel has got great facilities, spa and pools. Good service at the beach too.

We love the hotel, love the unit we stayed. It is exactly how the pictures show. Check-in was easy. Spa was a nice touch. We used spa twice, it is included in the price. Unit carpet can use a change. Hotel has free bike rental.

Host was gr8.....property was gr8!

Our stay was perfect. Check out Windwood walls while there if you can. The property could use another carpet.

Property was beautiful and clean. View was beautiful. The only thing that was questionable was the daily 250.00 deposit hold amounts in which was not told until check in day. All in all the property manager was very communicative and went beyond to help me with my reservations so that I could enjoy my 20th Anniversary.

My wife and I had a great 3 night getaway at this place. It was just as advertised. The rate here is so much more affordable than going through the hotel website. This was a great room at a famous and beautiful resort.

Our third stay with this host and 7th year visiting the Fountainebleau. The room is on a lower floor but has a nice balcony in a quiet corner overlooking palm trees and the resort. We found it very peaceful. Check in was smooth, the room was clean and spacious. Wifi worked well and cell service was strong. Having full access to all the amenities of the hotel included in the price, as well as free parking are huge perks considering how much the hotel charges for parking and resort fees. Based on availability, the host was very accommodating with an early check in and late check out which we greatly appreciated.

Wonderful stay, room was spotless and service was on point. Can't wait to come back!
