Great service, clean room and great time overall.

Bathroom in room is old fashioned and water goes everywhere when you shower. Also there was no one to help with bags, took ages to get any help and when I checked out there was not even a front desk agent. Every morning the room next to me was blow drying their hair and it woke me up because the walls are thin. Honestly for a luxury hotel they didn’t do a good job.

My host was amazing. He let me check in early. The view was incredible. Unfortunately, I had to leave a day early and didn’t get to stay in my full two days.

Mislead by Expedia to a vrbo unit. Owner did not register unit with hotel. Arrived with no room on record with hotel. Waited 3 hours to get reservation sorted out. Missed dinner and a whole lot of sleep.

Loved the property however the shower could use an upgrade

The views are gorgeous and love the large patio. Unfortunately they had a fire department inspection while we were staying here, so the in room alarms were extremely loud and disturbing for more than 20 minutes, and this was at 9 am. They should do this during the day when people are out.

The view was amazing. Better than expected. The Sorento tower is extremely clean and beautiful. The entire resort is gorgeous. This is not a wild party place. Cards are checked to keep visitors safe, and the staff is very attentive. You are not allowed to walk around the common areas soaking wet or in bathing suits. It is very classy and lovely. Pools/beach close at 5/6 so folks can clean up for dinner and enjoy the amenities. Plush robes, and very clean, gorgeous suite.

Very friendly staff, valet parking pool attendants, etc they know how to make you feel comfortable, we definetly will be back here

We had a great stay at Fontainebleau. It is our favorite place to stay in Miami. We love the property and its amenities. We highly recommend.

Host was great. Hotel itself great. You’ll need about 2000 more than what the stay says you’ll need as far as incidentals and cleaning the cleaning fee with taxes is 195 not 155. It’s loud, there is no quiet hour so hard with kids. Not an overly updated suite. Bed was comfy, couch pull out was comfy. Very expensive restaurants and alcohol to be expected with resort prices. Overall would stay again.

This was a last minute reservation and it went off without a hitch. Host made check in easy by ensuring the resort had everything ready for us including a clean room

The room had a dump smell when walking in, and was dirty. One side of the carpet had stains (probably from spilled wine). The bathroom was also dirty. We requested housekeeping and they cleaned the room the next day.

Condition of the room was horrible. Bathroom specifically hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Scum and build up everywhere. Globs of hair on the walls. Shower didn’t work. Couldn’t take a bath.. had to shower at the hotel spa (in a different building) Toilet and water pressure was low. They are literally just changing sheets and towels in that room.

This place is top notch ! Communication was great and all the amenities that come with this stay make it worth it to the last penny !!!! Clean spacious and affordable!!! Thank you Can’t wait to come back again !

The price displayed on the site, even though it mentions all fees/ taxes included, was not only higher at checkout, I come to know there is a non-negotiable cleaning fee of 150 for a 2 night stay.

Carpet was not very clean nor was the bathroom

I’ve been staying at Fontainebleau for over 20 years, but this recent experience was incredibly disappointing. Previously, I stayed in a different condominium at the hotel, and it was awesome, but this time was a complete letdown. From the front desk to room service, everything has changed, and unfortunately, the hotel has deteriorated significantly. My check-in was rough, but I finally got into my room at 2 PM. After a long flight, I was shocked to find the room not cleaned. The toilet was clogged with paper left by the previous guest, and the bathtub was full of hair, as if someone had shaved their legs. It was disgusting. I contacted the hotel administration several times to send housekeeping, but no luck. They told me to contact the property owner, saying it wasn’t their responsibility. Communication with the owner or host was very poor, with no replies or support. After countless calls, my room was finally cleaned at 9 PM—hours later—with no apology or acknowledgment from management. The minibar had no water or drinks, and the next day, the room wasn’t cleaned again. Overall, this experience was very disappointing,

Our particular Jr. Suite: Great views. Was mostly clean. Large. As advertised. However, the bathroom and fixtures are a bit dated. Rusted. Molded. Shower/bath dated. cheap curtains. On the verge of being disgusting. Bathroom sliding door broken. However, the rest of the room makes up for it. Spacious. Cold fridge. Comfy beds. Responsive thermostat and temperature control. Good air circulation. Excellent views of the pool and the ocean. And the hotel...amazing. It's Fontainebleau..what can you say. It's a great property with good looking people. By the way, owner/prop manager has excellent communication, and was very accommodating during the delays we experienced as a result of the recent IT/Tech airline outages.

Thoroughly enjoyed! Very clean, had all the essentials for a quick get away. Beautiful view Room was right across from elevators which did get loud in mornings. Other than that happy with the condo We had a delay in our check-in process but property manager was easy to contact and available immediately to help fix the problem. Would return and recommend!
