Stayed Oct 12, 2025The condo was extremely clean and beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The balcony view is of the bay and pool area with a distant side view of the ocean. The assigned parking space in the garage was almost directly across the entrance for the elevators which made access to our vehicle very nice.

Stayed May 28, 2025Lovely resort with all the amenities one could want, and none of the drama of crowds or noise. Great getaway for the family to keep adults and kids entertained. Enjoyed the multiple pools, short walk to the beach and beautiful views of the ocean & bay.

Stayed Jul 18, 2024My daughter and I had an amazing time at this gorgeous condo! The location is wonderful, a little bit away from everything. The beach is right there and such fantastic extras like a Starbucks right there(my daughter was in heaven) and swimming pools at just the right temps. The condo was clean and beautiful, so much room and spectacular views. We would definitely come back! Highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 4, 2024This property is absolutely amazing. The condo was clean & Jerry provided little touches that made the trip so great. The main issue is the front desk & what they kept referring to as booking through a 3rd party. Jerry arranged for us to have early check-in so we traveled in early but the front desk said they had no record of this. They just said call the owner but it was a holiday and I didn’t expect him to be responsive right away. They acted like they hadn’t seen the amenity form we filled out prior to our trip & the card they had included the wrong information (didn’t have our kids names or anything). The Portofino is an amazing resort, but there seems to be an issue of how they communicate with private owners vs if you’re booking through the resort. It is unfortunate because you spend time leading up to making sure you communicate well with the owner, and that when you arrive they say they have no knowledge of anything. There needs to be a new system in place. But again, the stay was great and you could not get a better view from our balcony of the fireworks for 4th of July! The location is right next to the activity center so it’s super convenient. We would love to come back!
