Stayed Aug 12, 2025Great location above pool, beach/ocean view with balcony. 3rd floor is PERFECT for easy access to garage or load and unload in front. Garage is 2 minutes max.

Stayed Jun 16, 2025Property was exactly as described in listing. Host was very responsive. Loved the keyless entry. This 3rd floor unit offered a beautiful balcony view of the ocean and pool. Wait times for elevators was low. Parking was easy. Short walk to pier park. Lots of dining options in walking distance. The pool and unit were clean. The kitchen was well stocked. We had a great stay.

Stayed Jul 7, 2024Condo was nice, in great condition. The third floor unit has a nice view of the pool and beach without being too high. On the same level as the bridge to the parking deck. We had a great time, and the beach was perfect. The unit is easy walking distance to pier park. Seamless and easy reservation process and the owners put a guidebook in the unit with helpful information for our stay.
