Stayed Aug 29, 2022We loved personal touches in decor, the little extras like beer koozies erc. But property is in dire straights , parking lot needed to repaved for 20 year ago! No landscaping period. Pillows were too hard gave me neck pain . No good sleep in the night .

Stayed Jul 19, 2025Flip Flop is well located across the street from a private beach. The host have provided very nice starter amenities - dish and laundry soap, coffee and filters, new sponges, nice shampoos, shower gels, etc. The property is somewhat run-down on the outside with worn stairs up to the living units. The Flip Flop unit is nicely furnished, but would benefit from some comfortable seating in the living area in addition to the sofa. Kitchen is well-equipped.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024We really enjoyed our stay, while we usually opt for beachfront the walk was extremely manageable and the balcony had a clean and private view. We had no issues with the condo itself and it was exactly as advertised.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024The place was very clean and everything in great condition, close to the beach. We loved that they had beach essentials and even beach toys for our kids. The only downside was on day 4 we saw a big roach in the kitchen counters and my wife hated that.

Just a very SHORT walk across the street and we had private access to a beautiful beach, and the property provided well maintained chairs and an umbrella for our use... which we GREATLY enjoyed. It is not as new or modern as nearby properties, but that didn't matter to us as the property was clean, spacious, and perfectly equipped. We would not hesitate to stay again in the near future, and the property owners were continuously attentive, thoughtful, and helpful. Breathe Easy Rental definitely live up to the name, and we are very thankful to have found tremendous value in our little piece of paradise in Miramar Beach! Thank you!!
