The kitchen was very nice & well equipped. All the furniture was uncomfortable. The living room furniture looked worn out & was very uncomfortable. We had to use pillows in order to sit on the sofa, dining area chairs & the benches. Bathrooms were Ok, but the master bathroom's only socket didn't work!

Not the best experience! we made the best out of it! Needs to have a deep cleaning done throughout the whole unit. Pee stained beds ( master bed and pull out couch mattress) guest room bed had the blood spot on the mattress topper. HVAC unit needs to have a good cleaning of the vents and duct work bc debris across the ceiling and hanging from the vents themselves. Like I said NEEDS A DEEP CLEANING NOT JUST A SPOT CLEAN.

We loved our stay here. Cleanliness is always a top priority for me and this unit did not disappoint! The views and location are great. Would recommend replacing the torn windows screens so guests have the option to sleep with the window up!

NEGATIVES...It needs to be dusted badly. There were cobwebs and dust bunnies stuck to the wall in places where the ac vents blow. Very little storage for groceries in the kitchen. One small closet that has outdated appliances like a crockpot stored in it. Hall bath is VERY SMALL.One of the chairs on the balcony is broken on the seat and arm rest. Window screens are shredded and need to be replaced on both bedrooms. Sheets left for the pull out couch were stained. Luckily we did not need to use it.Parking is 30/vehicle for up to 30 days. So even if you're staying 2 nights its still 30.The emails you get from the rental company are lengthy and contain inaccurate information and need to be updated - the emails state cash only for parking passes - not true. The gate code for pool and beach access that was sent in multiple emails was also incorrect. The check in process, while virtual and convenient, was a pain. You have a LENGTHY contract to e-sign and initial multiple times, you have to submit a photo of your drivers license and a selfie before arrival and upon arrival you have to send a selfie of yourself in front on the door.POSITIVES...The view is wonderful and beach access is very easy.Kitchen is updated and well stocked with plenty of dishes and cookware.Security on site was SO nice and helpful.Texting the rental agency with questions or problems is easy and they respond quickly.Tons of carts available for loading/unloading.

Nice complex and convenient location. Condo was everything we needed for 4 adults. Beds were comfortable and the beachfront and pool view from the balcony was great.

We had a small issue and when I texted they replied immediately. I was worried it would take a while. But no they were right on it. It was over the weekend also! I will use them again!

Condo was perfect for our spring break getaway. Gorgeous views of the beach and close to a variety of restaurants and activities. Would definitely recommend.

The listing was as described. It was clean, had a fabulous view, and was close to restaurants and shops. Unfortunately, our check-in information was inaccurate. The code to enter the condo was correct, but the Wi-Fi code and the pool codes were not. The leasing agent was very responsive and worked to rectify the problem. Due to the check-in problems, we gave the overall rating a 4 instead of a 5.

Nice family friendly facility, fun beach and great location! Lots of fun family things to do very close by and some great local restaurants.

Cons: Upon arrival noticed the condo wasn’t really cleaned as expected more of “spit shined”, took the refrigerator over 12hrs to food cold as it should be in a fridge, the outlets are very sketchy they will not hold anything you plug in it falls right out, there is mold in hidden places you can smell it in cabinets. Check out time was 10am and we had maids knocking on the condo door at 9:40 asking when we were leaving so they could clean and then parked their cleaning carts outside our door which made it annoying trying to finish getting our items out. Pros: check in was super easy, virtual check in so you can ent straight to the condo no stop by anywhere to check in smaller condominium so little less people which was nice. Quick beach access made it nice. We took a mommy/daddy trip so we did not have our kids but this set up would be nice with kids. The ac gets super cold which we loved! Beds were very comfortable! Overall it was ok since it was just adults on this trip now if we would have had our kids I would not have been okay with how they cleaned it for sanitary purposes. They might need to look into a new cleaning crew also if your with a tall person who can see the tops of fridges and fans and areas most wouldn’t You might not be very thrilled.
