Flagler Beach Oceanfront Townhouse Just Steps From The Beach! LBTR#13212

We enjoyed our stay very much, we love the location. The unit was very nice very clean. There was a problem with the air conditioner when we got there, however, the owner took steps to remedy that immediately.

2nd time staying in this specific condo. Wonderful stay. Relaxing and very welcoming feel to it. With enough room for a family of 4 to enjoy a week together. Everything was clean and organized. Hopefully it won't be the last time here.

This is our favorite spot to go! Always very clean, very comfortable. A true home away from home. The ocean view and easy access to the ocean can't be beat! And the pool is always lovely. We can't wait to come back!

My husband, myself and daughter enjoyed our stay at Ocean Breeze. The condo was clean upon arrival and well stocked with necessities. We had a smooth process throughout the experience with the Mason family. It is located in a quiet and safe community on Flaglar Beach. We highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! Andy was very easy to get in touch with when the toilet handle broke and quickly had the issue resolved by having a plumber come out. The condo was very clean and well kept. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful! It was a pleasure to rent Andy’s space and we would definitely stay again.

The location was ideal—nicely tucked away from the crowds but still convenient to restaurants and shops. One note: the name on the sign at the condo complex didn’t match the info we were given, which caused a bit of initial confusion.We loved starting each morning on the lanai with coffee and beautiful sunrises. The condo itself is in good shape overall, though a few small updates could give it a fresher feel. We did have to clean the lanai furniture upon arrival.Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find out that the pool was out of service due to scheduled maintenance—something that was not mentioned in the listing or communicated to us beforehand. For a family vacation, not having pool access all week was a letdown. While the owners did offer compensation, I would have much preferred transparency and the ability to plan accordingly. The lack of disclosure felt misleading.

The condo is exactly as described and pictures are up to date and accurate. Oceanfront with an amazing view of the sunrise over the ocean while you enjoy your coffee or breakfast on the balcony.

Our stay was wonderful! We enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony as well as beach directly in front of our building. There were a couple of small glitches but Andrew took care of them immediately. He even emailed a gift card to use at a restaurant close by for any inconvenience. Very nice and unexpected. The townhouse was great the second we entered, with ocean view and balcony straight ahead. The place was clean and well situated with half bath downstairs and bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. We had every thing we needed.. The small beach town was quaint with many seaside restaurants all along the coast, shops too .The only disappointment was no toilet paper in any bathrooms upon arrival, after driving all day. We loved the location and townhouse, and hope to return. Andrew was a perfect host with quick responses.

The property is in a great location and has wonderful views of the ocean.We had to leave early due to some unforeseen circumstances and the host was very flexible and easy to work with.
