Extremely clean and nice property. We were surprised at the size also. It was the perfect home for our family of 6 for Thanksgiving week!

Excellent location and view. Everything we needed and more.Dolphins every morning while drinking coffee. Only negative is no umbrellas at the pool, even though mine was anchored down. I can’t get to much sun because of medication. John was very attentive and made sure everything was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

What a great place! Location, view, balcony (spent a lot of time here). Our hosts were lovely and on top of all communication. Also have to give a shout out to the building staff. I highly recommend this place for your next perfect stay!

Great location, condo was as seen on VRBO and everyone was so happy with it, just needs to be cleaned a bit more between visitors. Kitchen and living room are a great size!

It was a very nice condo with a beautiful view. The furniture was all very comfortable.

Location of the property was great and overall the condo was perfect for our needs. The shower in the master is a little worn/dated but not a huge deal for us. We did have to sweep/mop when we arrived, but overall loved the space. It fit our family well and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

The condo was just as seen in the pictures. I texted the owners about a small issue and they responded immediately and the issue was fixed just as quickly.

Enjoyed our stay, living room/kitchen area was spacious. Indoor pool area could use updating and living area furniture in the unit was dirty. Beds were comfortable.

It was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway with my four daughters for Thanksgiving break.

Excellent location, weather could only have been better if slightly cooler. Very roomy condo with large kitchen and bedrooms. Host communicated very well and couldn’t have been more helpful. Great visit to Orange Beach!

Love the location. Right on the beach with the balcony was perfect. Condo needs a little work. Stained sofas, balcony door doesn’t lock, master bathroom door doesn’t lock & toilet chain kept breaking, master bedroom fan is off balance bad, shower head in master bathroom is horrible so we had to use the other showers. The overall condo was pretty clean but it needs a deep clean done. The indoor pool was cold & gloomy bc there’s no hot tub & once the sun went down on the outdoor pool it was too cold with the wind to use. Overall the stay was fine but I’ll go somewhere else next time.

Other than there not being a separate ice maker at the bar as listed, it was a nice stay.

Property was everything you expect from a condo on the beach. Really enjoyed our time with our daughter, her spouse and especially our grand kids.

Very Nice!

This was our fifth visit to the area and our second stay at Admiral’s Quarters. We love the location of this building. The beach is wonderful and not overcrowded. Close to all activities and restaurants. The unit had everything we needed and was spacious. The only issue was the cleanliness which I assume has to do with the cleaning company responsible for this particular unit. The floors did not appear to have been mopped in quite some time. The showers were not as clean as they could have been. There were several pots and pans that we had to scrub food from before we could use them. The sheets and towels were all clean but there were stains on the comforters. A little more effort with cleaning would greatly improve the quality of this rental. Other than that, it is a nice condo with plenty of room for our family of six.
