Fish off your private boat dock! Luxurious canal condo with stunning water view!

Everything was awesome, just needed a new shower head upstairs and a better clean because there was hair like someone shaved. Be careful with leaving food out because there is mice or rats. We did see poop in the morning. Other then that it’s a beautiful spot and would definitely stay again if it will be better cleaned and wiped down

This was such a great space for the weekend for fishing. Great spot on the canal. The dock in the front of the condo is shared but on this particular weekend it was slow so we had the dock to ourselves. It was a good location. Close to restaurants and grocery store. We also went down to the beach for a day. The beds were very comfortable.

Great place to stay, perfect location, high-end finish out throughout the unit. Slight check-in issue was circumstantial, but the owner promptly helped resolve it.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great property. We fished every day and we caught perch, a crab, a flounder, and a stingray. It was a great experience for us.

The condo was just as advertised, great view, nice dock to fish off of, beds were comfy. Sun on the deck for BBQ in the evenings. Commination with owner was excellent. Only downside was neighbors barking dog.

Perfect for fishing weekend

Property is in a great location. Great Fishing from the dock. Well maintained property with all of your needed amenities. Great communication with the owner. Enjoyed our stay.

The condo was great, however, the AC system needs to be serviced / replaced. It was very hot and took a very long time to cool the unit down. The ceiling fan in the Master bedroom was extremely loud and you could not run it at night, it would keep you awake. This made it hard to sleep due to the AC not working like it should have. Other than those two issues, the condo is great, great location, clean and tidy.

The deck off the great back patio was the highlight of this spot. It faces the canal just right for you to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning (until the heat of the sun hits ya) and then enjoy dinner in the evening outside when the sun is going down and it's shady. Our family had a wonderful time fishing at the bottom and just relaxing. Communication with owner was always prompt, helpful and polite. Would definitely come back.

This property is in the perfect location to avoid the hustle and bustle of Port Aransas, but close enough to enjoy all that Port A has to offer. So many options of beaches to choose from. You can’t go wrong. The owner was super responsive to messages. Can’t wait to go back.

We really enjoyed these 5 days, nice clean and well kept condo, location easy to get to. The private parking and private dock is so worth the price. Relaxing quiet neighborhood. Kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. The 8 year old caught his first fish a big red drum. Was very big yes we tagged it and cooked it for dinner. The next nite the 10 year old caught a speckled trout. It also was big for a trout. Caught a lot of little fish we threw back. Beaches were great except all the jelly fish bites, beaches not on on property but very close. Property has towels for beach chairs and toys. So all was good and we will rebook this property Thank you

Due to bad weather, we were not able to utilize the days that we reserved. However, our host Minerva, was very accommodating and allowing us to reschedule. We certainly look forward to coming in August.

When we arrived the location was not all the way clean, all beds looked like some just woke up and the restroom like they just finished taking a shower. What i can say the owner was right by my side on working through this with me and giving me options to make the corrections of how the location was left. I was not able to cancel with VRBO because it was past the check in time. She gave me choice to pay for dinner and giver a couple of house to clean the place up, voucher for future stay, or full refund with VRBO fees. I got the full refund. Thank you to her for being a stand up person. Nice job need to have more people like you that cares.

The condo was clean and central to the places we wanted to visit. The area was under construction but well marked for easy entry to and from the condo. Great communication from Minerva. I would stay here again.
