First Floor Pebble Beach 3BR/2BA Oceanview Condo Steps from the Beach

Everything was great. The condo was perfect and fit us all comfortably. We loved being across from the tennis courts, we used them everyday. Easy access to the beach and pool. And to top it off Tiffany our host was great. Answered all our questions and comments quickly.

Very clean condo, owner was very considerate to our unique situation that occurred unexpectedly, everything we wanted and needed was available, even a first aid kit!!

Tiffani was extremely helpful. The check-in was quick and easy. There was a binder with all kinds of useful information. The property was very spacious. It is on the first floor, so very easy in-and-out. The fantastic beach was a short walk. The indoor pool was great for some exercising. I look forward to another stay soon.

The condo was nice and well equipped. The short walk to the beach was nice. Nice location on the island.

The host was very welcoming, organized, and communicative! The unit worked very well for us, close to everything we needed, and just a short walk through the property to the ocean!

We had an amazing stay here. The location is conveniently located to everything! The beach is a short walk, plenty of grocery stores and restaurants around too. The place was clean, organized, and had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Could not have been more pleased with the condo. It was perfect for our large family, very centrally located and super clean. They literally thought of everything when we got there and all we had to do was buy some food and drinks, (food lion) down the road. Huge savings not having to eat out the whole week.Huge bonus that it had three bedrooms.

This property was awsome. Beautifully decorated. And every dish and utensil you might need was there.

Literally could not have asked for a more accommodating, clean, inviting space!! A short walk to the pool/ beach and a short drive to restaurants and shopping! My husband and I have been coming to Emerald Isle for years and have always stayed at The Islander. Two more kids later we simply have outgrown their accommodations. This GEM of a vacation condo exceeded all our expectations!! We will be coming back next year 100%.

Our family had a great time. Check in and check out was seamless. Host answered questions within minutes. The outdoor pools were not open which was disappointing but was not the owners fault. Just be aware if you go before Easter that is an issue. Indoor pool was nice for breaks from beach. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed walking to the point and collecting shells.

Place was great. Clean and good location

The property was as expected based on pictures and information provided. We enjoyed the location to the pool and ocean and walking distance to some restaurants.

My friends and I had an excellent time at this lovely and well-appointed condo only a few hundred yards from the beach. The host was very responsive and helpful when we encountered some minor issues upon our arrival, and she took care of everything. Highly recommend!

The property is well maintained & was a quick check- in process. The interior was welcoming & well decorated. Amenities not usually given were provided. Everything was as expected & enjoyed.

Picture were accurate, condo facilities were nice, and host went out of their way to check on us during the hurricane.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle. The condo was clean and spacious. Every room was tidy and well decorated. The kitchen was clean and stocked with great equipment and utensils. That can be hard to find in a Vrbo! It was a short walk to the beach in the mornings, and with a choice of two pools and tennis courts we could all relax the way we wanted in the afternoons pebble Beach was a quiet community with friendly people. Thanks so much for a great vacation!

Was very happy with the condo, the size and location were perfect.

Great stay! We only had one minor issue and the owners were so kind and handled it so fast and we’re so apologetic. We will definitely keep this in mind for next year!

This was our second time to Pebble beach and our first time with Tiffani as our host. Her unit is beautiful and has all the items you may need for a relaxing vacation. From the keurig pods to laundry detergent, paper towels to board games, they go beyond measure to make sure you have a wonderful time. I will definitely be renting from her again on our next trip to EI.
