This is the perfect place to stay if you want to spend time in downtown Bend or on the Deschutes River. There's no better home base for exploring the outdoors than right here. This is Unit 120/121, A.K.A Pioneer Perk of the Pioneer Park Condos, a short 10-minute walk to the heart of downtown and 2 minutes to the Deschutes River and trails.



The condo is divided into two areas (hence the two unit numbers). Because they are close to the river and downtown, the Pioneer Park Condominiums were originally built in the late 1970s as a condominium hotel, or condotel, until the HOA changed course decades ago to become a collection of private condos.

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.
