First-floor condo with pool, patio & beach gear - 2 blocks to Crescent Beach

This place could be so much better if it was taken care of & cleaned properly. It's in a great area & such a short walk to the beach. The cleanest part of this condo was the kitchen. The blinds in the living room have pieces missing where people can walk right by to see in since its on the bottom floor & on the corner. There is no pull out sofa. So 2 of family members had no bed. 1 of them slept on the couch & thank goodness we packed a twin air mattress for my nephew or he would have been on the floor. There was old hard dried food under 2 of the beds. Both AC units needs to be cleaned, they had mold spores in them & when they ran it smelled moldy specially in the bedroom on the same side as the living room. The fan that helps pull in the air from the AC in the other room is full of dust so we couldn't use it without it blowing everywhere. We seen a small bug the 1st night inside but didn't think anything of it until the early morning of our check out there were 2 roaches in the bathroom crawling. I sent photos to Vacasa by text. We only stayed for 3 nights & unfortunately won't be back.

Everything was wonderful-except the sofa couch I slept on the entire weekend (it was not a pullout and had plywood underneath the cushions…the cushions would slip apart and I woke up on plywood several times)! Besides that, it was wonderful and we would love to stay again (minus me sleeping on the sofa).❤️ I’m a single mama of 3 and a breast cancer survivor- the walk to the beach was super short and the younger kids spent a lot of time in the pool

Place is clean. Close to the beach. Was able to cook. Very clean. Safe place. Was able to walk around at 8 pm without any problem. My kids enjoyed the stay. Will book it again in the future. Owner communicated very well. Our need were met. Thank you much. We enjoyed our stay.

This condo was a perfect getaway. The location was great. A very short walk that was easy to navigate with kids and beach gear. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. Plenty of towels for the bathroom and beach. The extra beach toys and chairs were a great bonus! The beds were a little hard. Bathroom could have been cleaned a little better, hair left from previous guest. Overall it was a great vacation for our family of 6.

We loved the location of the property to the beach. The condo was a nice size but could use some updates.

The condo was quiet, cozy, & convenient. It's located 2 blocks from Crescent Beach but seems closer; took maybe 2 minutes from the door to the sand. The decor has a beach theme, and beach chairs, towels, & toys provided.There was plenty of room for everyone in our group to have their own space but still be together. Overall, we enjoyed a nice stay at this condo.

No wifi or Internet for first week Used sipplied nook then called myseif. Guy too 2 to 3 hours and said more ewuipment meeded an upgrade
