Beautiful accommodations—loved the decor. Great covered porch, BBQ area in the common pavilion, and gorgeous pool area. Very close walk to the beach. A fun area that is close to restaurants, shops, etc.

One note: the ice maker in freezer did not work, be sure to buy ice when arriving. Also, no one prepared us for the large amounts of tar on the beach. Scrub brushes and extra Dawn soap at out side faucets would have been helpful.

Overall this property is a repeat. There are many more positives than negatives. Positives: Clean, Newish furniture, Working appliances, Location 3 minute walk to the beach Negatives (improvement opportunities): Exterior lacking maintenance, Beds too firm, Rental property supplied item quantites set for a two day stay and not increased for 4 day stay (1 dish washing pod, trash bags, etc), AC worked but noisy, mosquitos.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was a 3 minute walk to the beach. Interior was nicely decorated and furnishings/appliances up-to-date. Pool area was convenient, too, and there is a covered area with tables and chairs to gather there. We really prefer this area to Port A because it is quieter and a short drive to wherever you want to go. Being able to park on the beach is a huge plus since one doesn’t have to drag canopies, coolers, etc. Totally with the $12 for a pass that lasts until the end of the calendar year. There is nothing better than spending time at the beach!

Super easy check in. Great communication. Clean except for washer. It was a front loader so that can be challenging to keep clean. Will stay there again!

Very clean, super close to the beach and beautiful property!

We had an event in Corpus, so this was the perfect location for us to enjoy the beach and catch an Uber to our concert!

We came into town for fishing and beach time. We had a great time and this location was perfect and close to all the things we wanted to do.

The property is clean and it is a great location for beach access! The listing is very accurate. As they specified, there are no extra toiletries or kitchen items. Be prepared to go to the store to get all of the items you need. Also, during our stay, the upstairs neighbors liked to run around early in the morning. There's nothing that can be done about that other than to be aware that if children are staying upstairs, you will hear them.

Great place for a family vacation. Condo was very comfortable with plenty of room for our 4 adults and 1 child. Loved being waking distance to the beach and also having an outdoor pool. Close to Corpus Christi with all its attractions.

We liked that the place was easy to get to and walking distance to the beach. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend it.

We had 2 good days of weather to enjoy the beach and local attractions and then TS Alberto moved in. Made for a family game day.

The only complaint I have is that the house smelled musty, like mildew. I'm not used to humid weather, so maybe that comes with the territory, but that was the only thing we noticed right off the bat.

The location and property itself was perfect! Clean and first floor access. Close to everything you could possibly need. Check in a breeze and hassle free. The one downside, which is no fault of the owner of the unit, is occupants right above the unit. There was a larger group above us and very heavy footed. If you’re a pizza lover, Brooklyn Pie Co is right around the corner!
