. Smoking Damage and Extra Cleaning A minimum charge equal to the standard cleaning fee will apply for damage, smoking, pet violations, or excessive cleaning.     Nice property. The unit was dated and needs some maintenance i. e. Several vertical blinds were missing and you could see in through the gaps; there was water damage in the master bath near the tub. Overall, we had a good time.

    Advised as 1 king ,1 queen and 1 twin bed. There was not a queen bed instead a double bed. The sliding glass door was broken. We were not informed and it took 5 days for them to clean up.

    We enjoyed our time here. We had a few things that needed attention and the response we got was quick and reasonable. Would recommend staying here if you like being in walking distance from the beach and two beautiful pools one with a Hot tub..

    We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. I agree with some of the other reviews that the master bedroom could really use some curtains to keep out the sun coming up at 5:30AM. The other two bedrooms do have navy curtains that help block the light. The third bedroom is very small, but worked for our teen. I also agree that the wink, wink, you must tip way the beach chairs and umbrella are allocated at Maravilla is awful. You can reserve preferred chairs for an extra 15/day, which defeats the purpose of having them included in the cost of the condo. Next time, we will bring our own chairs and set them up elsewhere instead of being captive to the chair kings telling us where we can sit. We did really appreciate the credit to allow us to rent two other chairs that we could use for our kids. We did carry those back and forth to the beach every day.

    The trip was delightful. Really enjoyed the closeness to the beach. The condo was a bit on the small side and could use some updating. We had 2 members of our party that were on walkers, one in a cast/boot that had issues because of the construction going on around the unit. They blocked off the handicapped spots and several of the sidewalk areas closest to our unit. It made getting to the unit difficult for them. Overall, it wasn’t our worst experience.

    This stay was exactly what we needed. From the moment we arrived, Sandra made us feel completely at home. She’s truly a gem. The person I spoke with in the office (I really wish I had gotten her name) was just as lovely. Warm, kind, and genuinely welcoming. That kind of hospitality sets the tone for the whole trip.Yes, the place could use a little freshening up. The carpet in the master bedroom is worn, the closet doors need some attention, and the kitchen could use a set of measuring spoons. Also, if a property can sleep six people, there really should be a table that seats that many. It made meals together a bit tricky.That said, the location is perfect, and the people who run this place clearly care. My kids accidentally left their Nintendo Switch behind, and before we were even out of Florida, we got a call letting us know it had been found, packaged it up and shipped it back to us. We were blown away by their kindness and honesty.I will absolutely be booking again. This is one of those places that makes you feel like more than just a guest.

    Positives: close to beach, and as described. Excellent customer service. They responded swiftly to our issues which were - the TV dying (replaced within an hour or two!) and the noise from upstairs (kids running around at 6am- they let the family know and it was slightly quieter. So for me it was impossible to sleep in the master because although there are blinds they do nothing for the bright morning sun streaming directly into the master. And the kids above us, and the leaf blower at 7am or so on a Sunday morning, and the construction happened right outside our window. These complaints cannot be helped by management obviously and if you are not a light sleeper you’ll be OK. The light streaming in should absolutely be addressed with the owner. Just put up curtains, in the living room too, since there’s a sleeper sofa there. And why can’t you open the bedroom sliding glass door in the bedroom- I’m assuming it’s because it doesn’t open or close properly but it was bolted shut. . We needed fresh air. So get curtains and fix /unlock the bolted slider Also it would be nice to leave a few beach chairs (and towels) since you only get two with each condoIt just felt like the little things we missing, it was lacking that little bit of extra love that renters appreciate.

    I recently took my family to Maravilla unit 1111. I have been staying at various condos at the Maravilla since 1998. The space in this condo was nice but the condo needs a little updating .. the dishwasher never got the plates or cups clean. A couple outlets did not work. Shower heads were barely giving water. Location is prime and beach service was great. Overall a great stay !

    We were pleased with our overall location and surroundings of the condo. Easy access to the beach, but there were a couple of things in the condo that could’ve been updated. There were some pieces of the cabinets in one of the bathrooms that needed to be repaired because the wood was showing around the floorboard. A closet door was broken in the other bedroom. We had a hard time getting in and out of the patio due to the patio door being difficult to open as in it possibly needed some oil. Some of the blinds (on the same patio door) didn’t want to turn a certain way, so it made it difficult to close the blinds. Also, the condo is not very far from him airport, so we heard jets on several occasions. Also, in the child’s bedroom, there was not really good airflow from the air vents in that particular room. The master bedroom bathroom is definitely in need of some updates. Also, it was hard trying to shut the bathroom shower curtain in the master bedroom. The hooks of the shower curtain kept getting hung up on the shower curtain connector rod piece. We thoroughly enjoyed the good carpet in the master bedroom. And the condo was very clean and the bedding and the towels were freshly washed. The dishes were clean, and the refrigerator and dishwasher were also clean. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

    The chairs on the beach should have been first come first serve,not tip the young men to save u one for the next day. Not enough wash clothes for the room,when we booked it,was supposed to be beach front and was not.
