FIREWORKS view, 3BR/2BA Condo, mins from Walt Disney World, next to pool

Fantastic condo! Clean, comfortable, quiet. Lots of towels provided and more silverware and dinnerware than the average rental property. Loved the resort, about 15 minutes from the parks, which was closer than I anticipated. Harold’s communication was great. He promptly replied to all of my messages and even went above and beyond, helping me get back a necklace I had accidentally left behind. He clearly takes pride in maintaining the home and making it comfortable for guests. We would love to come back on a future trip!

Clean, great location, & large bedrooms. Easy instructions for access to the property. Cute kids bedroom!!

Very Clean condo. The host was responsive and came w/i one day for a problem. As read in other reviews, very quiet. Accessible by elevator. Easy parking. Overall was a bit dated-bedding and furniture. Loved the vinyl and tile floors. Also the Disney waffle maker! Fireworks were obscured by trees that have matured and grown tall. Kitchen had everything needed.

Great location to all the theme parks. Nice having the unit next to the pool. The unit has absolutely everything you need.

We stay here frequently and we love it. This is an excellent property and Harold is a great host. We will definitely stay here again.

I don't usually spend time submitting reviews good or bad but this one justifies it. The host submitted damages to a towel bar in the bathroom. The property owner stated the cleaning person reported a broken towel bar and shared the included photo (please see attached photo). We didn’t use any towel bars and put towels in the washing machine after each use. Therefore, any towel bars were in the exact condition when we left as when we arrived and easily could have been damaged when cleaning. Furthermore, the photo shows how they couldn’t even maintain old caulk on a textured wall. The funniest part is the owner submitted 150 charge for fix that requires a tube of caulk that costs less than 5 which reveals their intentions to generate additional profit above the agreed price. Also, the owner did not stock the unit with many of the items mentioned in the binder provided by same owner with instructions. Fortunately, I have a very ethical credit card company that resolved the financial issue so I'm simply writing this review to warn others. There are too many options to stay in Orlando to risk interacting with this owner who does not maintain and stock the property without generating false claims.

We absolutely love this condo! The community and location are perfect as well. We could not be any happier!

Very nice condo. The unit was right near the front gate and very easy to get to. Since this unit is on the top floor, it is quiet and you don’t hear people/kids running across the floors above.

We have stayed here several times and we absolutely love this place. It's really a home away from home. It's clean, comfortable and it's conveniently located.

The property is excellent. We have stayed here several times and it is excellent every time. They keep it clean and also freshly painted. It is an outstanding place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone. The host is also outstanding.
