* wipe down all small appliances you have used. and put them away.
*take out any and all garbage when leaving( including bathroom, bedroom a where are garbage cans within the unit) Do not leave your trash behind.
*Check that you have all your personal items.

* You have agreed that when you entered the property you did not have a fever or had any symptoms of COVID


*****Owner is not held responsible if the pool, Jacuzzi, rec room or laundry room and electors is close for unexpected repairs. Hot water heater is 50 gallons electric hot water heaters , it does not re heat as fast as gas. Therefore, if you take long shower or baths or take several showers in a row, run the dishwasher and use the sink hot water all you may run out of hot water temporarily. The owner is not held responsible. It will take a few hours to re heat.

Owner requires a signed short-term agreement with on photo ID. prior to obtaining codes, directions, and instructions.

    My family of 3 really enjoyed staying here. Being able to walk to the gondola and many restaurants is a big plus, and we enjoyed cozying up by the fire after skiing. After moving our stuff in and getting groceries, we never had to drive anywhere. The garage was definitely nice too since it snowed while we were there but our car was clean and ready to go when we had to go.

    Great location could walk to the Village in 1 minute. Easy communication w owner. Nice to have safe assigned parking spot. Building had some college parties due to spring break but they were nice when we asked to keep it down since it was after 11pm and no problems after that. One item to note is parking code is same as building code to get in (we might have missed that in the instructions). My kids liked the spiral stairs. Beds were comfortable and snow was amazing.

    The place is not great. 1. There is tight spiral staircase to bring up your luggage, where the 3 rooms are. Im strong, luckily 2. This was a loft that then was converted to 3 rooms. The rooms are not private at all. Everyone can hear each other snore, go to the bathroom as since this was a loft there are no walls that go to the lower living area. So work while others are sleeping is not an option. 3. The only bathroom is down the tight spiral stair case. Try that late at night 4. The cabinet door fell off in our hands. This has happened times before as the screws are all messed up and on other cabinets 5. The jacuzzi has been out of service for a while. We chose this location for the jacuzzi...Of course the owner says read your contract. Its one thing if it just broke, but its another thing if it has been broken and she doesn't alert you and perhaps even offer a discount. 6. It was real loud as the neighbors were having parties...not the owners fault though 7. The dishes were left in the dishwasher for us to put away and the coffee pot was left with grounds...not a biggie 8. The captains chairs at the counter are literally on their last leg . 9. The property is pretty worn. 10 The smoke detectors are not installed correctly so in emergency,.. I'm a vacation property owner and I understand that things happen but I don't always say Read your contract...which is not clear at all. No directions in the room for leaving Good location though

    This condo is nicely decorated and is in a great location for skiing and walking to restaurants. Renters should be aware that two of the three bedrooms are loft style so one wall is open to the downstairs with only blinds covering the open space. Also, there is only one bathroom which is located on the first floor and is difficult to navigate to in the middle of the night because of the tight spiral staircase. This was not a problem for us but might be for families with small children and/or older adults. The property itself is well maintained and the manager/crew did a great job of shoveling snow off roofs and walkways during unprecedented snowfall in the area. Having access to underground parking was very nice. One thing that was kind of a bummer was that the owner's communication style was pretty terse and demanding. Fortunately for us, we were put in touch with her son during our stay and he was a gem! He stuck with us while we navigated the weather/road situation and ultimately helped us extend our stay when the roads were closed. He was very easy to communicate with and was kind. Huge thank you to him!!

    Rented out the third floor unit. The upstairs BR’s were essentially lofts. Great for sleeping but not necessarily private as you could be heard and hear throughout the entire condo. Having to use the bathroom at night by going down the spiral staircase was an adventure. Great location with easy access to Village Gondola.
