This fifth-floor condo boasts a breathtaking position facing the mountain village, providing you with gorgeous views to wake up to and come home to. Enjoy unbeatable access to the 10-person gondola, the Coca-Cola Tubing Hill, and the ice skating pond in winter; come summer, spend your days hiking miles of trails, mountain biking, riding the alpine slide, and golfing the Slopeside Putting Course or the Pole Creek Golf Club. On the grounds of Fraser Crossing, you'll also find an amenity deck downstairs with a large hot tub, a fireplace, gas grills and picnic tables, and plenty of lounge chairs.
Step inside to be greeted by a cozy, comfortable living space overlooking the village, the mountains, and the ski lifts. There's a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a dining area, and a light-filled living room with a gas fireplace and a smart TV. Spend summer afternoons lounging outside on the balcony and winter evenings playing board games, cozying up for movies, and watching the snow fall outside.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very confusing with the codes to get in and to the amenities- staff when called not much help - parking is a disaster
Comfortable, well stocked kitchen with sharp knives and plenty of pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. Well set up and great view. I'd rent it again.
The condo is modern and recently refurbished with all the amenities you could need. It’s the perfect location for exploring Winter park resort summer or winter, it’s just a 5 minute walk to the Gondola and has parking in the building and a great hot tub.
We love these buildings for the hot tub and the close walk to the gondola and slightly bigger condos. This was perfect for our family five. Very comfortable and well appointed. Would love the chance to stay there again.
Great location, modern condo - was a great stay for our long weekend of skiing.
Great location. Nice unit overall. The unit did have a broken tub fixture which limited it to one shower in the master for everyone, no fan in the second bedroom which with no a/c wasn’t ideal, and 3-4 light bulbs out. Overall it was still a pretty good unit.
This property was great and we love staying in this building for its proximity to the lifts (we would come back to the condo each day for lunch). It does face the street and there were trucks that would pass by in the middle of the night. This condo was clean with plenty of space and lots of newer amenities (dishware, pots/pans, furniture). We'd definitely stay here again.
We loved this property. It was clean and comfortable and a very short walk to the gondola. The internet was pretty slow at times so bring your hotspot, but that was fine. We would definitely stay here again:) Highly recommend!
It was very clean, the communication was very well through texts but hard to get someone on the actual phone. Be sure to read emails in full so that you get the understanding of the barcode needed for the parking garage to get up to the unit. There was some confusion due to not fully reading.

This condo was in the perfect location! It was close enough that we could easily walk to the mountain's base and village restaurants in 2-3 minutes, but it also wasn't right in the heart of the village, which was better because it's quieter at night. The condo itself was comfortable with BEAUTIFUL views of the village and the mountain from a high floor. It was well stocked and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely be back!
This condo is perfectly located at the base of Winter Park! Easy walking to the gondola and the restaurants. The condo is at the end of the hall so no hallway noise and easy exit using the stairs! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make meals at home! We also loved the full size washer and dryer! The deck is really lovely with gorgeous views! I would highly recommend renting this condo, we will be back ourselves!!
