We enjoyed our stay very much. The balcony is perfect spot to watch boats head out to gulf in the morning and come back in from their trip in the afternoon.

My wife an I are about the celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary in June. We decided to celebrate a bit early and include our youngest daughter (17) and couple of her friends who are graduating high school in May. We could not have asked for a better way to celebrate the last 25 years! The condo was beyond cozy and we had everything we needed while there. The balcony and view were amazing, the sunsets!! We bought groceries at a very nearby Walmart & Publix, and only ate out once in six days. The weather was a little cool & windy, but that is to be expected in March. We just overall loved the condo. The furniture was comfortable, we had an abundance of extra pillows, blankets, towels etc. We are already talking about booking the unit again ASAP.

Done in by cold weather, rain, and hail which damaged car (covered parking would have been nice). Condo was clean but not well stocked (who needs 20 glasses and 20 coffee cups??). Couldn't use indoor pool with lightning in area. Outdoor pool not heated. Splash pad was nice for little ones. Made mistake of going Spring Break week and will NOT make that mistake again.

Good overall need to provide 1 extra roll toilet paper for each bathroom, no Kleenexes at all, had to ask for coffee filters. Also only one dishwasher package that had to be inferior. View was pretty but people vaping on adjacent balconies.

The Good... First time back to OB in 20 years and it is very beautiful and fresh feeling. Not tacky or touristy. Loved the location of the condo. It is very convenient to most everything. We loved watching the boats going in and out from our balcony and beach. The complex, while older, was nice and updated for the most part. We cook in a lot and the kitchen has everything you would expect to make simple meals. We were there for Spring Break and they post an ordinance stating a no tolerance policy for alcohol on the beach during that 3 week period. We and many others were drinking and as long as you are not obvious about it, it was not a problem. We really like that it was mostly families and not many college kids. The group of college kids we did meet were polite and friendly. Also, the Catholic Church is really close to this condo? The Bad... Just a lot of little things that were an inconvenience. No dish soap in the kitchen. Paper towels and toilet papers were just about empty. No extras. No salt and pepper in kitchen. Only one dishwasher pack for the week. They have a ice machine in the complex but it cost $$. All cheap things but inconvenient because we had to go buy those items which are things we always find in the other condos we have ever rented. I could have just brought those items from home had I known. Just an FYI, bring those items if you don’t want to have to go to the store. The Ugly... really bad mold and mildew in the shower! Gross! ? We took a picture and went to the front desk. To their credit they did send a very friendly cleaning lady who took care of it. They also credited the cleaning fee. The carpet in the master is old and feels dirty. My wife did not want to take her shoes off in there. It really needs to be replaced with new carpet or preferably tile! Otherwise the condo was nicely appointed and comfortable but it was not very clean. We would definitely return to OB but just not this condo.
