Our Place at the Beach - Old Landing Rd (104th Street) - This 3rd floor unit offers a short walk to the beach, large private pool and a beautiful sunset view over the bay from the privacy of your deck. This two bedroom, two bath condo is fully equipped with central air, vinyl flooring throughout, washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, microwave, cable with DVD and wifi . Two car parking. For security there are surveillance cameras throughout the parking lot.

Stayed Jul 1, 2025Property was great. Very clean. Had the basics we needed. Pool on the property was good also. Not overcrowded. Has a lifeguard. Great view from the balcony where we ate breakfast. Few things to consider. It’s on the 3rd floor, so you will need to climb stairs to get there. And the host did mention (ahead of time) that you will need to provide linens for the beds and towels. Other than that, everything was provided.

Stayed Aug 13, 2023Condo was very clean and well stocked. Location was on a nice, quiet street. Lots to do within walking distance. The beach was very close by, the pool was beautiful and large. Joan was a pleasure to rent from and very responsive to any questions I had asked. Would love to stay there again!!
